This thread has been discussed before Bitcoins dominance over Real Estate in terms of profitability

- Do you think that we will continue to see this trend or there is going to be a reversal?
- Has this information changed your perspective on real estate investing and bitcoin investment. That is do you think bitcoin will offer a higher return on investment in the long run or will real estate pick up?
- In terms of stability we know that the real estate market is more stable than the highly volatile and risky bitcoin market. With the information provided, do you still think that it is more stable investment than the real estate investment?
- Someone in Argentina already paid for a house in bitcoin, do you think we are going to witness a situation where more and more people will opt to use bitcoin for buying houses rather than the USD or their local fiat?
1. This trend will continue, reversal only happen if you cherry pick during bear season.

2. Obviously Bitcoin is still the safest asset can offer high return on investment right now.

3. Real estate market is more stable because it's already reach the peak, high population is the reason why real estate price rise so high, we need to wait recession to happen just like Japan where they lack of productive ages. If people in Japan choose to not give a birth, real estate price will burst.

4. There's no difference if you paid using Bitcoin or fiat to buy house, the landlord will value their house price in terms of fiat.
