Some of what you said was a fact, other parts though are just opinions. Crazy to think that bitcoin grew from $800-20k ish.

I think XRP will crumble under the pressure of coins that have the same purpose, but better technology.
Ripple has it's name with it, meaning that allot of people continue to invest in it because they've heard it's a good investment, not because they have read the whitepaper or know where XRP is heading.

Just like BTC, XRP will continue to rise trough out 2018, but sooner or later, another coin with a better team behind it will replace it.

Those examples are not bad but it does not change that xrp is a shit coin. Everyone have made profit but it's enough for xrp.

Hard to call something facts when it is a pure speculation.
I can see why majority of people here might agree with you on Bitcoin, but for these altcoins, I don't think so.
To majority of people, these altcoins ain't special, there are hundreds and none bring something that new and useful to stick out.

I personally don't invest in altcoins, I just don't see any significant benefit of these coins and see clear benefit of people sticking to one cryptocurrency.
They will survive probably, but I don't think they will be very significant, but that is just my opinion.
