1. It's not the first legitimate ICO.
2. There is no proof of it being legitimate either.
So, tell me again why you think you should advertise it as "The first legitimate ICO".

I think it's Universa.io is the first Russian cryptocurrency that is introduced in this forum. It has already launched but their coin is pretty stable.
There is no such thing as a "legitimate" ICO.
They are scammy by design.
It's the definition of how they work technically that makes them scammy.
So what you are saying is like saying we have here a legit pyramid scheme.
