Topic: The generated transaction hash is not identified by the blockchain. (Read 90 times)

I tried to transfer some funds from one MEW to another MEW but at every time when I tried to transfer, a transaction hash is generated as usual but when I checked the hash, it says " This TX cannot be found in the TX Pool of the node you are connected to ". Does anyone know what is the reason for this? I picked the gas price according to the recommended gas prices stated at https://ethgasstation.info and the value was stated as 5 Gwei is faster at that moment. Does anyone know the reason for this ?
