Most likely we all love old games , for sure it is related to our ages . For me , I like old games , like super Mario and Fifa99 even when we are with classic nintindo board. For Android , I don't see any need or difference between old and new games. But, again, it is related to the human and his age.

I have been using the android OS since 2012 when I bought my first android phone. Those days and I remember clearly in 2013, I used to play high graphic games like Modern combat 3 from Gameloft, which came with a good game play offline although I never tried to play online.  I also remember my  favorite EA sports game like the Need For Speed - Shift and Most wanted series, all these games had amazing graphics and gameplay. Fast forward to 2020, most of the presumed good games are all strictly online based and surprisingly the game play and graphics comes no where near the old android games.  I have tried searching for good android games especially War or FPS games with realistic game play and it seems almost all the videos I have come across on YouTube have suggested the old games like the MC3. I still play all these  old games till date and they still look ever green.

For sure the games from the past are more interesting.

It depends on the persons, who are interested in playing the pre-programmed games may like those old fashioned games but now everything online and multiplier so we need real skills to compete with the opponent because they are also the real persona playing from somewhere which could bring a complete different gaming experience compared to old games.Still I like NFS series, the one most wanted. Kiss
If you are a professional gamer, you have to compete.

But for someone who just plays for fun and enjoying the game, there's no need for real skills. You play the game, enjoy it alone or with your friends.

That's the reason why games are made but it's changing this time because it can now be a career.
It can be really fun for a while but once we complete the story mode or all the levels then it will get bored for sure, lets take NFS most wanted as an example I completed all the levels by taking down every rivals but that game has an end but modern days games are never ending games and ofcourse these were created for making the people to get addicted to it and more to add is the in app purchases where company making lot of profits unlike the old games.

What i am missing now is my Old game that had closed just last quarter of 2019 in which sudden me forever.
I suggest moving to WoW. 16 years afloat and is not going to give up. For it, a new addon is coming out soon, in which it will be easier for beginners to join the process. The good old MMO, which over the years is overgrown with new and convenient features.

The good old games have a lot of Story behind them.
Does Need for Speed Underground have a lot of Story? Or maybe Super Mario Brothers or Battle Toads?

As you can see, there were old games without incredible plots. It's just that the gameplay was perfectly implemented in them. It was enjoyable to play in them. And if on top of that, they had a great storyline (KoTOR 2), then it was generally excellent.

The good old games have a lot of Story behind them. 10-20 years ago developers invested a lot of time into things around the normal game. Just look at world of warcraft, it's so old but still thousands of people play it. The best example in my opinion is age of empires 2,the game is more than 20 years old. And still developers just try to copy it from the past. Or the command and conqueror remakes. Really nice to play old games with new graohixs

It depends on what you notice when playing games.
Old games had better stories and modes in their packages while the modern and new games have better visualizations and more multiplayer modes. Actually, multiplayer is what it describes them as "modern".

How about Asphalt? I also live gameloft and ea games on mobile. They were my stress relievers whenever I'm in a class or waiting on a rendesvous.

What I like most is the same game as MC3 but I think the name of the game was Brothers in Arms. Too many memories and games that helped me when I struggle to play online games before because these offline games were very accessible and still playable today.
