I think the numble bundle should accept bitcoin/litecoin.
Maybe you have contacted them about it?

Myself.. I hesitate a bit to contact about anyone right now asking if they could accept donations in BTC as I don't find any stability right now in the price of Bitcoins, well it has been stable since yesterday, and the day before that btc wasn't as valuable as it was today and yesterday. I'd wait. What do you think?

If the indie game developers themselves who contribute games to the bundle don't wish to accept BTC, I see little to no chance that they will get any cryptocurrency from us, or will they? At least none from the Mojang 2 bundle have shown any interest at all.

I actually have e-mailed the humble bundle about this, no reply.
I e-mailed them too, though I got several replies.

Here's part of the latest I got https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.1455075
It's post #23 on the thread "Humble Indie Bundle - Purchasing with Bitcoin?"

Note: The event is officially over but you can still donate until March 2nd!
I thought the bundle was over when it would hit 0. Guess not.

Tried:
Cyborg or also called "Nuclear Pizza War" by @carnalizer @jbernhardsson and @jeb_ ("Mojang, makers of minecraft"). Humble question if they are already into BTC in which case they could receive a tip. Otherwise unlucky them. Still they got my thx + extra thx for releasing source code!(albeit without any license text, but at least possible to check that it doesn't do any malicious, access to src code a prerequisite to that. I didn't check if it's possible to run the whole game from source, since I didn't have time or mood to check it)
Cyborg is a game where you are in a pizza, fighting aliens, some of which also attack your base. Sometimes a flying pizza spaceship flies by. Pretty cool, but entertaining to some little degree and I think has replay value, but not much  Grin. Sandbox-style in that there is no clear defined goal or high score.

You'll get to see the games once this bundle is over.

Still there are a few builds that one can download, at least 1 for now, I tried a Day 1 build of "Space Hunk(windows only for now)" in wine. Kind of entertaining I think, especially if they add sound in the final product.

0.01 USD symbolic donations are possible in this bundle.

There are lots of people behind these games, and some of them may like a tip of some amount in BTC if you like their games. If I find anyone whose games I like and I find they accept BTC I'll update this post

Humble Bundle gamedev/company, date of communication(or date contacted),comment

'No reply yet':
Nuclear Pizza War by Mojang [@MojangTeam] creators of Minecraft, contacted 2013-02-27, contacted through twitter as they don't have any other formal way of contact.
DaisyMoon by oxeye.se, contacted 2013-02-27, emailed their questions in general section. I just said that I liked their game DaisyMoon(for such short development time I found it quite enjoyable) and that if they are already familiar with BTC they could if they wish to accept my donation. Otherwise they are free to just accept my humble thanks for helping with the Mojam 2 bundle.

'Of interest':
http://www.wolfire.com/llc features a video(v=UDxxMvY65TI) explaining the game Low Light Combat by Wolfire Games where they suggest at 2:52 "or you can donate to the Blender Development Fund and support and support open source 3D modeling and animation software" (this game has recently been released, at least to my own knowledge, for the Humble Bundle Mojam 2)
