So what does "the idea of bitcoin" mean to you? What is your understanding of what bitcoin is? There was enough complexity in bitcoin to write an entire paper about it, but I'm just asking what you would say to someone who wondered "what's so great about bitcoin?"
(also, to be clear, I feel like I understand bitcoin pretty well, so I'm not asking because I want an explanation of bitcoin, I'm asking because I'm curious about the ways that people are similar and ways they are different.)
