As for the above-stated scenario, I would like to add another thing that having appropriate currency is also an important part of the Digital wallet.
For instance, if you are in Afghanistan and have afghan currency in your digital wallet there are a lot of apprehensions that the currency may collapse due to the current situation within Afghanistan. But you are safe if you have American Dollars (Or any other currency other than Afghan currency) in your digital wallet.

You are right buddy, but I think also a Digital wallet has its pros and cons especially in a situation that happened in Afghanistan.
I'm saying this because a Digital wallet will help them to cover a few things online, but they will not be able to cover the most basic things which you must pay them physically with fiat money.
