In Islam, an individual's life after death or their Hereafter is very closely shaped by their present life. Life after death begins with the resurrection of man, after which there will come a moment when every human will be shaken as they are confronted with their intentions and deeds, good and bad, and even by their failure to do good in this life. On the Day of Judgment, the entire record of people from the age of puberty will be presented before God. God will weigh everyone’s good and bad deeds according to His Mercy and His Justice, forgiving many sins and multiplying many good deeds. One who excels in goodness will be rewarded generously, whereas one whose evils and wrongs overweigh his good deeds will be punished. Those who emerge successful in this judgment will go to paradise and the doors of eternal bliss will be opened to them. Those who are condemned and deserve punishment will be sent to Hell - the abode of fire and torture.

BADecker would very angry, as perse, that religion is not true. Only his religion is the real and true religion that we must believe and follow  Shocked

Yes death is an inevitable guest...no one wants him as guest, no amount of money can be paid just get him out our life... whether we like it or not he will come anytime, anywhere, regardless of age, status, gender, we cannot afford to escape from its power once he do so. death is sure that's what I know that is why we need God who created all these and more powerful than death.

Indeed, truth is truth, but your validation for the truth is where your belief is. without accessing other peoples belief of whats the truth.

SO what is the GENERAL TRUTH.

Belief can be backed up with the facts of what happens. However, when this is done, it isn't belief any longer. It becomes knowledge.

General truths is,
God, Who is outside the universe, created the universe, and then entered it;
Then He created people, and placed His Spirit in them in two ways:
1. He, Himself, with His Spirit;
2. He gave them some of His Spirit as their own spirits;
People listened to a rebel angel, Satan, and turned away from God;
God sent His Son, Jesus, Who willingly took the punishment that God would have punished people with;
And the way to access the goodness of God now that the punishing is done, is to have faith in God.

So you see? God turned believing into the thing that is solid reality, because people are too weak and ignorant to understand and know knowledge.

Cool

And what's your proof for that truth? oh yes, one source, similar to what other religion believes in, therefore you are all at tie in here.

So what is the real truth

    Life and death they say it’s in our hands and I disagree there’s no point in that phrase...
The right expression is found in Proverbs 18:21 — Life and death lies in the tongue. There are variations of course, depending on what Bible version one is reading from. Often times certain issues that would've been amicably settled have resulted in altercations that have led to murder or other deadly repercussions. Just imagine coming back at night and being stopped by a team of military men on patrol and they ask "where are you coming from?" and one's response is, "why are you asking (tongue). Can't you see am returning from work?" Your guess is as good as mine of the action that will follow it. But a simple polite response of "Sirs, I'm just returning late from work." will turn away the team and let one go in peace. Again, sin (death) cripped into this world through Eve's interaction (tongue) with the serpent at the garden of Eden.

However, on the inevitability of death — it shows that man is a mere mortal. From dust was man formed according to the biblical account of Genesis 2:7 and to dust will man return. What should matter to man while on earth is the legacy he leaves behind at his demise. Sadly, most people don't give a hoot about legacy. They want riches at all cost while neglecting humanity.

All through human existence, this has been our one true enemy! An enemy that we can never run faster than or be more influential towards. It takes all our loved once, our joy and smile at a time and there is little or nothing we can do about it. The best we could do is find a way to be at peace with what we've lost. Thats how bad and effective death can be. Its inevitable and comes for everyone.

So, for every living being, there is a biological clock and when the time is come, be prepared. Hence, live your life doing good for death comes for us all.

Life and death have no much difference both are some how compatible and correlated in function, before i was reasoning that our life depend on the the way we live, but it comes to my knowledge that God is the maker of everything and whenever he decides the spirit of a man leave the planet Earth, life never be sure or guarantee for living, it might come today or tomorrow.

How did you know that? who said that to you?

If you just feel it, then okay, I will not say anything about it again
Someone have not to tell you or inform you about this because  it's written in the spiritual books and articles that death is,  inevitable, so here is like market where people buy goods and services and go, so in that respect no one is hundred percentage (100%) sure of his life.

Right on! Ecclesiastes 8:7,8:
7Since no one knows the future,
who can tell someone else what is to come?
8As no one has power over the wind to contain it,
so a no one has power over the time of their death.
As no one is discharged in time of war,
so wickedness will not release those who practice it.

Yes, I agree death is inevitable, no one can escape death, no matter how great you are, how much money you have, we cannot repay it because men is destined to death. Scripture say it is appointed to men once to die after this the judgement. there is a saying that "You only live once" (YOLO) but there is a continues phrase to that...which is..."but if you do what is right once is enough" death is sure to happen regardless of age, gender and status in life that is why we need to make sure where to go after death.

Actually, humans don't have the power to die intentionally. Death is a gift that God gives so that people aren't in more torture than they can handle.

.......

Actually, humans have the ability to die intentionally, for example to slithe the throat, jumping in cliffs (to die), seppuku (suicide by opening up your tummy with a small sword, and many more.

The only thing that I think we are unable to do is to believe that "We want to die", we can intentionally die, but we can't really want to die.

But the chunk of body left on the ground when a person is 'dead', isn't the person. You use the restroom for years and years throughout your life. Is that you that you flush down the toilet?

Nobody really knows where the living part of the person goes when his body dies... you know, the soul. Maybe even the mind isn't kept in the body. Maybe not even the memory except is small parts. We really don't know.

Cool
Scientifically there is no proof of where the soul goes when someone dies and some research claims that exactly 22 grams on our bodies get reduced when someone dies so they conclude that the weight of a soul is exactly 22 grams. Cheesy

Exactly! We don't know. But we DO know that the vibes of the way we live our life affect other people. So the vibes of the way we die spread out into the universe. What do they affect? Nobody knows what we are even made up of. How could we tell for sure what they might affect.

But here's a thought. Our souls might be alien to this universe. They might go outside of the universe at death, into the unimaginable.

Cool
Probably it goes into the hollow World?  Cheesy

Thats why we are burying people after they died above the surface so they can go underworld and take them out and live further.

Just kidding. Smiley

Nobody knows how life came to be without being told. Why not? Because nobody can even grow a new arm or hand if he loses one. So, how could he know about the beginnings of life?

The evolutionist doesn't realize that Evolution Theory says that evolution isn't known to be real. How? Simply. The word random in random mutations doesn't mean spontaneity. It simply means that we can't track the cause-and-effect well enough to determine ahead what mutations there might be. Since we aren't smart enough to know this, we aren't smart enough to know that there is any evolution at all. It might all be programming.

Life came about through unknown means. So, how do we know that death is really death? It might only be translation to some other form of life that we can't "see" because we are so weak. And since this life that is so far beyond us came into being the first time, how do we know that it won't come again?... picking up right where it left off... unlike reincarnation.

They say death finally meets every man and living thing so there is no need to fear it because fear will not exempt you from it. It is not a matter of how and when we die, what matters and what is important is the legacy and mark that we leave behind before dying.  It is what lives on after you.

Death is the forth stage of growth. Been so inevitable meaning every creature would taste death some day. Death been what it is as a final lap of ones existence and the proof of mortality every human ought to live the best pit of their existence ensuring the add value to the sector of the ecosystem the find interest in. Nevertheless   every living soul has but one life to live here using the best out of it would create impact and sustainable legacy which could be told to other generations

Taking our legends of old the likes of Sir Isaac newton who contributed enormously to the electricity we are enjoying today. He been the father of modern civilization also tasted death and his story still echos even to generations unborn

     Life and death they say it’s in our hands and I disagree there’s no point in that phrase humans don’t have the power to escape death when it eventually comes it is inevitable/unavoidable nobody can run away from it. I calm it the inevitable guest. No matter how much power we think we have gotten there’s no way we ain’t gonna die life has its lessons and end the end of life is death.
    Power can’t make someone escape death if it were to be possible Adolf Hitler wouldn’t have been dead by now neither saddam hussien these were world hit men that terrorized the world with their trauma, evil and wickedness but when the inevitable guest came they all died.
    Authority alone can’t hold death for the fact that you are in power by that I mean political power doesn’t mean you won’t die when death comes. We have heard of many presidents that died while in office, some murdered at midst their tight security systems some also assassinated and so on indeed power or authority can get hold of death.
    Fame also can’t escape death being popular and famous can’t make anyone not to die when death eventually comes, we all need to know this truth and learn how to swallow this bitter pill. If it were to be possible the likes of Micheal Jackson wouldn’t have died he had the best doctors and health care but that alone couldn’t stop death she also had the moneys to avoid whatever could have made him stay alive forever but to no avail when death comes it brings down the mighty and powerful. So many famous celebrities have died so far even with the fame and celebrity status and standards the world has lost DMX,MJ,JUICE WRLD, BLACK PANTHER aka Chadwick boseman, Black mamba etc...
   My advice is that we all should learn how to get prepared on this journey of life let’s keep it at the back of our mind that a time will come when we will be called upon to leave earth for good when that day comes let’s be worthy enough and ready to go home because death is inevitable. I bow out.

It is good to remind ourself that our time on this planet is just borrowed and at one point we will have to leave this beautiful place. Knowing that our life is not infinite makes every decision so much more meaningful. We only have one life and need to make sure it counts. It doesn't matter if we are rich or poor, beautiful or lucky, everybody will eventually die. Making sure that we live our lifes to the fullest is important. Also making our parents and grand parents proud is a good goal in life in my opinion.

Death inevitably visits every man, it has taken the greatest of Men that existed before and is still waiting by the corner to visit people when the time is right. All men are finally visited by this our inevitable guest (death), the hope is not to be visited too early before we can make a meaningful life.

    Exactly I agree with you, indeed death is no man's friend, and  the human race fails to admit it, living a carefree life, I always say people should learn how to make accurate use of their time, because we won't be here for long, wealth and power or neither fame won't save you when death comes knocking.
