Affixing a database with the tumbling wallets and their stolen amounts will not probably be useful for anyone

..exchanges can confiscate and return them to MTGox users...

Exchanges have a sacred duty to secure and protect funds for every person who makes a deposit.
They do NOT have any authority to steal from an alleged thief and return to the supposed victims.
Sorry, it doesn't work that way......ever.

This address has 0.001BTC in it. lol
What's this address supposed to represent?

The funds I will use "To Take Over The Wolrd bwahahaha"... Obviously lol
Na it's just one of my wallets. if you have a wallet with every transaction ever, it invites taxation through recordation don't you think? Plus I don't have much money dude lol (I assure you it's at least more than 0.001BTC)

This Might seem like a dumb idea (probably because no one has mentioned it yet), but shouldn't we affix a database with the tumbling wallets and their stolen amounts... Every Exchange should have the information! The thieves would not be able to exchange them. Every user of bitcoin should have the information (preferably in an app) for local P2P exchanges.

If we were to do this now, all funds from MTGox will be freezed by us, the users/miners/exchangers, immediately. If these stolen bitcoins are sent to an exchange from tumbled wallets, exchanges can confiscate and return them to MTGox users... Furthermore if this information is constantly maintained in an app, users and local exchangers can prevent buying these stolen bitcoins.
