I think this agreement must be imposed worldwide by the big guys (and gal) to simply kill the opponents/adversaries/allies who use those banned practices ! like this famous soccer player who was recently attempted to be framed or Alex Shekeiljones and the emails, I believe an accord must be negociated, simply said : no to framing rape/childrape/childwhatever and collective punishement to the individuals or rogue cells who do, punishment is death. all of course without writing, judges, jury or what ever.
