You clearly didn’t watch the video so you missed my point. Talk about online stores and I don’t need tot tell you that those market place can never be compared to Amazon, AliExpress, and some other big online stores. And irrespective of how big the marketplace you speak of is, the way you weigh the good/importance is subtraction the bad from the good and see if there’s anything left. When you do this with the popular social media platforms, you’d see that it’s best we buy in physical stores and call our families to get updates from them, than use an app that sucks you dry of every data possible. The same data they use to control you. It’s surprising how people don’t see this.

Earlier when there was no availability of various technological devices and the internet to know about a subject or to collect any information we had to go to different libraries to find and read books on that subject. But with the current information and technological development we are now getting at our fingertips, I can read what I need right now from Google. The time saved in this we can spend on other good things and learn more which was not possible before. But it is a very simple fact that people are diverted from hard work by technological development. But due to technological development and the availability of the internet people have become more aware know more see more things and the way of earning people's livelihood has become much easier. In a word, the whole world is now at hand.

This generation and the older generation has experienced different kinds of hardships. We can't exactly compare the hardships of both generations considering the times were very different. Both generations have developed a different sense of tolerance in terms of hardships maybe that is why something as simple as a slow internet connection is already considered as a nuisance for this generation.

I don't think they are lazy but they were born into this kind of world and why would they have to change that if they could do things the easy way?

In this recent generation, human has become lazy. I also remember those days mate when in the family when there is a Telegram coming from the Mail Man? we are becoming worried and afraid of reading the Body of the telegram because mostly it comes when there is emergency or when there are a death , because we as living in the City has a lot of famly members in the province and the fastest way to deliver a letter is thru telegram but nowadays? telegram is mostly a place where scammers are circling(telegram apps lol) how I missed those days when a letter is so valuable that you are very interested in opening the Envelope , but now there is messaging that you can receive instantly in its exact time.

While internet is truly one of the best things that was ever invented, I do see some people are too lazy now. For example is AI. People can easily write essays or draw artworks. Of course it can not compare to what actual humans do but the fact that we have a choice to do all of those things without so as much lifting a finger allows people to rely heavily on the internet.

I think that between enjoying all the perks of the internet is the responsibility that we all have as users of the internet. We must still have integrity and honesty when it comes to producing content from the internet or AI.

the development of internet technology has had many positive impacts on human civilization. the internet makes the exchange of information faster and without territorial boundaries, and it really helps humans to communicate, share information, etc. but calling humans lazy because of that is quite wrong, because humans only use what is available and what makes it easier for them. it's like if you can use a motorbike to walk 10 kilometers, why should you walk? and like that the internet for humans makes various things easier for us quickly and easily.

Yes all allot of sense, internet is very helpful , in as much things have advantages it also has it disadvantage but I believe it's advantages is more than the disadvantage, because laziness never started because of internet, back then I was told by my grand father how education was free and dey look for people to go into education but fear and laziness prevented many in those days. I think laziness us relative and is tide down to individual because to some person the internet increase there horizons of work by making them reach out to other nations in business, investment , search of job and obtain education with been in that location.

Before education we have lazy people who are beggers even today we still have people who don't make use of the available opportunity of the internet.

It made people lazy is generic but I would say it made people dumb and not thinking progressively, just staying and living with they have and feel satisfied with that which made the difference in the gap between rich and poor wider compared to the past.

It's because of technology that has made everything faster and we think that this pace is really making us lazy when things are easy to do with. I think that there's the effect of being able in front of these monitors and have a lot of screen times and affects our mentality or cognitive thinking.

Internet made things super convenient and instant, and the nature of evolution will find the solution only if its hard but now everyone is sitting in their comfort bubble and do everything they want from their couch and the most thing they may have to do is to reach out their front door to get their ordered food.

It didn't, it just magnify a lot of stuff that shouldn't have been magnified and has given platform to ideas that are for the better or for worse. What I mean by that is there's no change really, we're just exposed to a lot of people due to interconnectivity that the internet provides that we think that something is the norm because we see it almost always when we are browsing or surfing online. Internet is a double-edged sword and knowing how to use it is the best thing that someone can do when it comes to it, being a responsible person is the one of the many stuff that you should do on the internet.

About making the current generation lazy, it could be true but internet innovations have now affected our own lives, the immune system is us does not function as before because of the pandemic that comes with using the internet often.

Nature has really helped to keep the healthy situation of people strong but internet made it easy to know the cause and cure to a disease but makes it vulnerable to people to easily get infected faster than before. People are still adjusting and expanding into the information age, but it truly is a great thing to behold. The rate of progress seems to get faster all the time and sharing information is so critical to helping humanity. Who knows how many great ideas have reached fruition and been helped by the instant communication that it can offer. However younger generations definitely do need to be taught to find a balance and still go out to encounter the real world with all the beauty it holds. There's no comparison between seeing a photo and actually experiencing new locations for yourself. Besides that, some may frown upon it but even things like gaming can be very useful learning tools when you're growing up - from strategy to car racing.
