MagicalTux is very busy man. You may have a better chance of catching him on freenode #bitcoin-otc
Thank you. I'll try.

Hi,

It seems you sent your email just before the ddos problems, which caused a huge amount of emails coming here. I haven't answered all those emails and I apologize. You will eventually get a reply from me and your funds will be credited.

I don't think you're supposed to use the same address twice?

It was my mistake.
Nevetheless it was my BTC. And now they are Mtgox-owned.

And it was less then 24 hour between transfers.

To confirm that mtgox owns the account you can see my history:
04/28/11 13:20   Add BTC   16Fh8FhzDESJpwYd9oDRj9bHMuZUpu2111   9.97   0   9.97   83.909

Hi All

I have sent money twice to Mtgox-owned bitcoin account:

http://blockexplorer.com/address/16Fh8FhzDESJpwYd9oDRj9bHMuZUpu2111

You can see that there are 2 transaction:
1. 2011-04-28 12:31:09 9.97BTC
2. 2011-04-29 12:21:34 55.27BTC

The first one (9.97BTC) was successfully added to my MtGox account balance (Anatol).

The second one (55.27BTC) was NOT added to my MtGox account balance (Anatol)!

Initially, I thought that there was some soft issue and my money were simply freezed at 16Fh8FhzDESJpwYd9oDRj9bHMuZUpu2111.

I have written a letter to [email protected] (2011-04-29) about issue. There were no answer.

Nevetheless you can see that my money (55.27BTC) was transfered  to 1QHQMWtQoJMouPrQHfJPHyqx9asvJTMRSP,   1FqY3tiUonf5QSWBtdCMGeDFcK8B9D6Szr.

It means that money was not freased and was used by MtGox.
I have written the second letter to [email protected] and [email protected] (2011-05-06).
There were no answer again.

Can somebody help to solve the issue?

Warm regards,
Anatoly
