Yes most of us worried about the bitcoin price since from january price was down. So hopefully this june bitcoin were about to boom. Others were already disappointed about the market yet I am hopeful and positive it will increase.

Actually hearing such of positive news it gives me more motivated over Bitcoin. Hopefully, this we'll see there a giant green candle. That would be perfect timing as because I really miss big green candles.

It is less upon the timing but more upon the market factor and the promotion of Bitcoin. If Bitcoin promotion continues then the demand for it will increase and will result in high value of Bitcoin in the upcoming days and probably in June.

The market will boom up once the market of Bitcoin gains the most possible demand of people then the coin will accomplish to gain the stability and a grasp on maintaining high value.

But there are also billionaire investors in it (big fishes) who controlling most of bitcoin related media and keeping thousands of bitcoins. They collapsed price just in a few days by opening sell order on BTCBTCBTC amounts. And I don't know how the mass will react on it. I hear a lot of people who telling "I will never play with it again"... So therefore I am so pessimist about future of bitcoin AS stock asset...

I play on long term card with BTC, and I also hope that my thoughts will be correct, but I also have in mind that all this can be wrong. Always think that something can really work, but also that it can completely collapse. Problem of most ordinary small investors is that they look for quick profit or maybe short time frame (1-5 years), but big investors are more focus on long term (5-15 years), so they thinking is completely different.

For example take just OP and his title, he is focus on June and price in next few months-mostly unimportant for big investors who just hold and do not pay much attention is the price 7000$ or maybe 7500 today. Whales are problem for sure, but with time there will be less and less chances for them to manipulate markets.

Initially by looking at the market you looks right but I don't think so that it is guaranteed that BTC will follow the same trend as it has faced in last two year. There is a possibility that it may change because every day there few new people that are coming towards the BTC and very few that are leaving this field because they are not able to understand this digital currency.

As time passed by, we will eventually see the price moves more than what we expect it to be. For now it's getting harder to determine price as many groups making fud and doing some pump dump trend manipulation. June has started and now stepped on the beginning of the month predicted prices will improve but in fact still not still tend to fall there is a few days increase and the next day back down I think for the month is still not stable.

well I just wouldn't keep my hopes that high for june though. Yeah we've been recently seeing a very slow positive movement for btc majority of the alts in the market but we've seen movements like this before when the price will suddenly drop back. We're halfway through 2018 so we still have a long way to and it can turn around so i'm also positive about btc. Just not in a radical way

Exactly, although its good to see the previous record of bitcoin and see how it goes and what its effect on the current price but it's still difficult to compare as everyone knows that the there are a lot of changes this year as compare to the previous years. Last year we don't have that much attention from governments and banks around the world, but not this time. That's why we keep on struggling and even maintaining above $10K now is difficult. We still remain optimistic that at least we can see a positive ending this year even though no new all-time-high is on the horizon.

I think that's pretty unlikely.

Right now even though the markets are somewhat stabilising at the $7k+ level with $7k has support, I still don't think that it's enough to suggest that we'll all of a sudden reverse the trend from bearish to bullish.

Don't forget that we're still in a market with sentiments that are extremely bearish. I feel like that this bear market will probably last until end of this year/start of the next year. Sure, there may be a small rally here and there this month, but that will most likely be met with a correction soon enough. The real recovery won't happen until a few months later I believe.

A lot of ordinary people invested in btc just because of propaganda. They even didn't know what is that bitcoin. I think it's too early to say, we cannot rely on what happen the past two years. It's just a prediction. Every year different things happen in Bitcoin but still let's just wait and see what's going to happen this month and hope for the best.

I certainly agree, analysing the previous years about the movement of its value can definitely give us a better clue to hodl Bitcoin. So, it's better to buy now especially the value of the coin for now is low. I really believed that this month, cryptos will surely pump and our worries will be gone.

June could be too early but hopeful to see which of my token grows the first, I hate to see myself holding a lot of tokens in my wallet but value of it are gradually decreasing. Bitcoin every year has different price determinates and you cant rely on history to draw your conclusion of future price as market cap has been leaking which does not help bitcoin especially that we are having more altcoins on the market, this implies money is moving from btc to these coins that's why some regulation can help btc to grow to stop shitcoins from launching.

Relying on the historical facts are good for predictions only but relying on to conclusively determine a trend of activities, and establish a pattern for the future would surely be the wrong way to go and not even with bitcoin that have succeeded in proving everyone wrong. In the past two years, a whole lot of things have changed that both to the positive and the negative. Regulations have become tougher, KYCs have reached all time high, advertisements have taken drastic hit, pronouncements have been made, fields of academic research have also been established, so also we have seen jurisdictions accepting bitcoin away from what happened in the past two years. The way I see things is to assess each year based on its own uniqueness and current happenings

It is true that we can see the same pattern/cycle of the price of bitcoin each year. Though we should keep in mind that the prices are unpredictable and they do not always follow the typical market law. So one should not invest merely based on these histories. Would become riskier. Though taking that risk might give you huge profit. Just hope that the same cycle is followed again.

July 2017 was a bear month, full of expectations, due to the fork wars.

June 2017 had a steady rise, but it was following the rise on May 2017.

May 2018, however, was a bear month. So there will be no rise to follow in June, and July will be a bear month.

Maybe we will have a rise in August. I remember the 1st of August 2017 had a happy rise. If dont, expect a rise in October 2018. And after that, only in next year.

You can pray all you like, and ignore the issue rising in the horizon. There is a tightening of KYC rules, like I never seem before. Only this week I had documents refused in three exchanges. If it was one year ago, they would have been accepted, but not this year.

It is happening and it cant be ignored: there's a siege against bitcoin, by governments and financial institutions. They want to go in. Governments want to have reserves in bitcoin, and financial institutions want to bet on it. But first, they want us out. They want the average citizen out.

Sorry to sound pessimist, but it is the reality.

Fortunatelly, the market is showing a lot of resistance, and we had four bottoms at 6k already. This, thanks to the users who are showing an iron will, and are not selling their coins, no matter what.

Yes! This is the trend of few last years and this is why I am not worried about the current prices of bitcoin because they are supposed to or are bound to increase in the month of June and July. Moreover August is also found favorable for the market of bitcoin and altcoins. Now ordeal for investors of this year is almost over. We simply need to take shots of chills in order to stay calm and make our way to July.

For 2017, there was a steady increase by July-August and the hype by December has made the price shoot up. Many traders are expecting to have a bull trend this coming weeks/month. It can't be helped that those who witnessed the price increase last 2017 would get worried because of how low the price currently is. Most have lost their faith after already losing a lot from their investment. Right now, we can expect to gain some profit with the coming price increase.

That's not how markets work. I'm pretty sure I could search for a bearish time span and say that the exact opposite will happen in june.

I don't think that will ever happen, especially not this June. Its been said one too many times before that BTC will boom. This was first said in January, then February then March and so on...

The price of BTC will only really go up in value if there is reason to. It just won't after 2017. If big companies start adopting it more and more then yeah for sure it can increase in value...

Yeah, sure. We cannot always use the past to indicate what would be happening in the future. From the way things are going on the charts except of course something goes wrong and we get to see bitcoin going all the way down, then I guess a move upward will actually bring about some pretty good move upward for the rest of the market which still makes the whole June thing to be in play at the end of the day. We still have few days to go though, so I guess we see how things end up.

June has actually always been the month almost everyone has always known to be the month of greens and huge percentage increase across the market, and I guess we have to wait and see how this one is going to be like. I believe most of the alt markets from the divergence shown on the momentum indicators are really preparing to see how the trend for bitcoin is going to be like before we start seeing smart money moving into the market.

I guess what we can do now is to wait and observe if the market prices will show any signs of pumping again now that we are entering mid-year. Though we shouldn't really compare the present and the past in terms of changes in market prices, we can't totally get rid of that thought because it is helping us to keep our hopes up that bitcoin will start regaining and reaching another high price this year.

Yeah, sure. We cannot always use the past to indicate what would be happening in the future. From the way things are going on the charts except of course something goes wrong and we get to see bitcoin going all the way down, then I guess a move upward will actually bring about some pretty good move upward for the rest of the market which still makes the whole June thing to be in play at the end of the day. We still have few days to go though, so I guess we see how things end up.

June has actually always been the month almost everyone has always known to be the month of greens and huge percentage increase across the market, and I guess we have to wait and see how this one is going to be like. I believe most of the alt markets from the divergence shown on the momentum indicators are really preparing to see how the trend for bitcoin is going to be like before we start seeing smart money moving into the market.

The fact is that the trends keep on repeating themselves, it wasn't the first time when we saw a massive drop around the New Year's period when the price dropped 70% this year, so the same thing might happened with the summer growth.

I mean the patience is the key with crypto, just have your stash somewhere safely stored and if you have enough fiat and don't have to sell btc to pay your rent then just forget about your crypto and trust me in the end you'll benefit.

I'd agree that this month was the start of the uptrend of Bitcoin, however, I think it will surely start in a low phase. I'm seeing that by the mid or last week of this month due to instability and unprecedented occurrences in the market.

If you are in crypto more than a year you would notice the price variations. Because last year also bitcoin market faces the same issue. Till middle of the month the price have so many fluctuations but at the same time end of the year it would boom up and showed its massive growth. Like this year also the changes will come. Because June started let's wait and see the price whether the price will increase or decrease. Hope it will increase because normally from June the growth of bitcoin starts.

Great another month long prediction. Of course your chances of getting it right will go bigger and bigger every time. A lot of you said that the bear market will be over in February, March, April, and so on until we reach the month of June this time. We cannot really relate months or specific date on knowing when will Bitcoin really go up, historical price charts are a thing of the past and you cannot relate June of 2017 to this upcoming June in 2018.

this year is very different from the past years, the price will not rise as in the past years and the reason for the price does not rise as in the past years is because of the regulations. You can see that every day we have bad news, every week there is some bank that creates problems in the exchange accounts

To see those prices again the market would need to be on a bull run next month which I don't think it's gonna happen since there's no hype or FOMO around the market. Current market sentiment is bearish, and even though we see a recovery in the following weeks, it's very unlikely the btc price will reach 15k, let alone 20k. Overall, there's nothing (news or event) in the short-term that could trigger a bullish run so talking about those price targets is a bit far-fetched right now. I believe the next target should be breaking the 10k resistance, not going to 15k or 20k, that's a target for the long run.

Yeah! you're right it might be this coming month of june bitcoin will start to increase little by little and the next month was a huge pump. let's just wait for a little bit of time because it's just a bit of a bitcoin to climb up and down again and not lose hope.

there has been more upward activity during Summer time in the past years so it is safe to assume that we are getting closer to that time when price stops dropping and reverses back up as the fresh money (mostly kiddos) starts coming in the market. this can eventually lead to the bull market follow up.

Well, bitcoin is unpredictable but watching the movement of the price from yesterday and today the price is starting to increase back again and I think one of the reasons why the price is starting to increase again it's because of this article "China Is Warming Up To Bitcoin Again" posted just a few minutes ago.
And we will see the price will increase and hit back to $8k these coming weeks.

We are at the time that price has not been performing very well especially for the past 3 year and this panic has been there year in years out. This time last year people were predicting that bitcoin is going to fall below $100 but you can see were it was in December. This year people have been saying that bitcoin is going to fall to $1,000 but we are going to have see another upwards movement from next month and by December we would all celebrate.

Current trends and that of 2 years ago are quite dissimilar, with the changing influence and the regulatory hammer being indecisive, it may be too soon to say if the mooning of cryptocurrencies should be expected this soon.

since when are we calling nearly 200% rise a "stability stable with slow move"?!!!
have you looked at the charts? price was $800-$900 when 2017 began and it reached $1100 for the first time which was the ~ATH of 2013 then we had a -31% drop thanks to FUD and panic sell down to $750 and then rise to $1350 happened (80% rise) then another drop to $891 (-34% drop) then rise to $2760 in mid May (209% rise).

2016 wasn't that different either. price started at $465 then fell down to $352 (-24% drop) and then with a couple of ups and downs reached $ 590 (67% rise). June rise here was because of halving.

Yes many changes happened in the past two years but it is right that up to some extent the price of bitcoin remain at balanced volume. Yes! This is the trend of few last years and this is why I am not worried about the current prices of bitcoin because they are supposed to or are bound to increase in the month of June and July. Moreover August is also found favorable for the market of bitcoin and altcoins. Now ordeal for investors of this year is almost over. We simply need to take shots of chills in order to stay calm and make our way to July.
