The recent develop is quite interesting as we all know China and Facebook hated Cryptocurrency banning all news related to crypto but now they're embracing and using the new revolutionary technology that's the Blockchain.
Still it doesn't change the fact the Bitcoin is more popular and Digital yuan and other stablecoins are still backed with Fiat. So the people will certainly look for alternative asset such as Cryptocurrency.

Favorite news? Still the bitcoin block halving, those you mentioned, yeah of course it could affect the market but as to what extend? those are just short term effect in my opinion. However, the most anticipated news is obviously the halving. We have like less than two weeks from now, and it seems we have felt the effect as the market seems to be in a sort of bull run. There will be always in the market per week, but definitely all eyes will on the pre and post block halving and its long term effect on us.

Is UBI types of crypto ideal? I'm stumbling to understand how these projects will get the money that they'll use to distribute that incentive of free money. I'm thinking that this is just like giving their token for free but unsure if it will be converted to real cash.

And those tokens are not even popular so this is like the coins that are not really being bought by the community. They have value but it isn't that much and the volume is pretty low.

Digital Yuan only helps in increasing the exposure within the non-crypto community folks but still, there will be hassle of converting the coins to corresponding nation's digital currencies but we need a common universal currency like bitcoin rather than each nation launching their own digital currency.
I think you misunderstood the fact that bitcoin will never be a universal currency, no organization will ever do that, no government will want a currency be running under their feet. China's action towards crypto community is huge, they have these central banks operating for their own digital currency, and as far as I know it is not only China that has been doing this. As we worship bitcoin to be an innovative work of art, we cannot blame others to innovate bitcoin too, faster and reliable too.
