In USA there are only 2 kinds of judicial system... One for the ruling class (Clintons, Epstein, Corzine and many others) and the justice system for the folks (Petraeus, tea partiers among many others). It's true that when meeting US LEOs or judicial and derivatives prison system getting out alive is already a feat in itself...

But the real question is the trend... If you compare in the last 10-20 or even 30 years which country has made the most progress... I don't need to tell but USA until 70's was the dream if you weren't drafted for Vietnam and others adventures. Now like the forefather foretold it will be a republic only if you can keep it... And I am not sure that it isn't too late for the former greatest nation on Earth... Ussr or not Russia is still the biggest country on Earth...

I think the biggest difference is pride in the nation. Russians where and when ever feel something deep about the Motherland... In the plantation not anymore... At least for the informed one. In the USA betrayal by the global ruling class is total and absolute.

I don't know what you mean by fake democracy. If you refer to the US it is a republic as are most democracies. Technically the US is a constitutional democratic republic.

In Russia, if government makes a law, nobody can overcome that law. They only way they can change the law is to ask the government to change it.

In America, if government makes a law, anybody can use the courts to overcome that law for himself. It is true that most people don't know how to use the courts to do this, but it happens all the time. But, usually, when it happens, it is only for that person, because he beat the government using the fundamentals of law, the common law.

I have learned a little Russian. It is not a priority for me because I am not planning on moving to Russia.

The point in my previous post was not to learn English. The point was how you could live free in America if you wanted to. The point was mostly to learn common law if you were going to live in America.

Russia lands are good. I have thought about the idea of becoming Russian, and homesteading on free Siberian 2.5 acres that Putin is offering. Yes, a lot of work becoming American or Russian if you are not already.

What do you mean when you say that there is fake democracy in the USA? The USA isn't a democracy, and it never was meant to be a democracy.

The USA is not America. The USA is a corporation. America is the people.

The people have two major ways that they can influence the USA corporation:
1. Become elected or appointed representatives of the USA;
2. Use the court system to nullify laws made by the USA, or maybe nullify the whole USA.

People who think that the USA is a democracy, don't really understand how the USA works.

Freedom in America was designed into the USA when it was set up in 1776.

In 1776, the new USA, and the American people, were at war with Great Britain. They needed strength to fight GB. The USA was built to give the people strength, while not taking their freedom from them. To make a government that could do this - have both strength and complete freedom - the fact that the American people can nullify the USA had to be hidden from the people. It was hidden, both outside of and within the USA foundational document, the Constitution.

The American people are ignorant. There is method for each American to nullify almost any USA law, individually. The ability to do this is not found in a democracy. This is freedom. People don't understand how this freedom works, and that is the only thing that is keeping the USA strong. Why? Because if they understood how freedom works in America, nobody would be in jail except for the truly bad people, police brutality would be gone, corruption in government would be gone, banking problems would be gone, etc., etc. would be gone.


America is not a democracy. The USA is not a democracy. America is freedom. The USA is a corporation.

I don't know anything about you, Vika NSFW. But if you are not in America but wanted to be one, all you would have to do is:
1. Learn English and basic American customs well;

If you were ever questioned as to anything by government, and if they attempted to deport you, your use of common law in American courts could nullify just about anything they (government) could try to do to you. The problem is that you don't know this, the Mexican illegals don't know it, and most of the American people don't know it. Most of the people who DO know it, barely know it.
