CounterParty was dead long ago. Robby who admittedly can put together some code - simply doesn't have a team. Mastercoin has LOADS of people with a very wide spectrum of skills and these people work really well together. Ok mastercoin and counterparty, kiss and make up.

Just because Mastercoin coders weren't perfectly organized in the beginning, Robby decided he should tell everyone what they 'need to do'. Well, how's that working out for you now Robby? CP is hearing its death knell. It takes more than one good programmer.
Even if you hate Mastercoin, one thing is now certain, it sure the hell is one good platform for launching a MegaFundraiser. Anyone who is considering raising money could probably just tell the VCs to go to hell. Instead, just create a Mastercoin Smart Property and run an IPO direct off the Master Protocol
