I think the alt market is in normal state.

Every month some coins die, others are created. Some coins are just pump and dump, others are good project. As always. But now we have more of both, because the whole crypto-market is much more developed from 2-3y ago.

I will be believing about the altcoin will grow after the bitcoin fork because all of the concentration by the investors focusing into the bitcoin and the fork update to bring them all free bitcoin gold at the middle of the october and just be patience.
