Abnormal growth of stablecoins is not a good thing
If it rises abnormally, there is a possibility of falling abnormally which is not a good thing at all for the crypto market. There are many stablecoins in the market that have overprinted/created in excess of their assets, Which is detrimental to Bitcoin and can result in excessive price increases and excessive price decreases.

Which is often seen in the stock market.

Whether I'd agree or not, there's the role that these stable coins that are playing towards the market. The market will definitely have no other direction to go if we're going to see the bull run and we're starting to see it then. So, if there's an increase of stable coins market capitalization, that's due to the influence of the actual status of the market and if it's just all about indicator, then it's a yes that it only shows that there are more people entering to the market and also stacking it as they wait for some crash to come.
