for performing tasks in the bounty you are awarded with parts of the budget, these parts can contain many tokens or few tokens depending on the number of bounty members, usually these parts are credited to you in statistics every week
I make a small amendment , but rather to give advice. Even if a bounty without reporting, we suggest that you check your stakes at least once a week. Sometimes managers for one reason or another can not count them . You need to write to the Manager and clarify why they have not scored points this week. A few times I'm well helped.

in the bounty there is a budget that can be spent on promotion, this budget is divided into parts depending on the number of bounty participants, in each part of this budget there are tokens that you get at the end of the bounty

These are parts of the total budget allocated to the bounty, these parts are divided equally among all the bounty members, if the participants are small, then the parts are small, therefore, there will be more tokens in each of them, and if there are many participants, then there are lots of parts and in each of them there will be fewer tokens

I would say that the stake is a reward, which depends on the contribution that you made to the promotion of the company's bounty. The higher your rank or more of your subscribers in the social network, the higher your contribution to the development of the company. Based on the received stake's, you will receive a reward in the form of tokens.

ANN means announcement thread, which is a thread here on bitcointalk that is used to announce an ico (give information etc)
Stakes are basically just a way to divide the rewards of all the bounties. So let's say that we both do a bounty for an ico and the total reward is 1 bitcoin. If I get 7 stakes and you get 3 stakes I will get 0.7 bitcoin and you will get 0.3 bitcoin. The more 'stake' you have in the bounty program the bigger your reward will be.
Great explaination , thanh you so much, I also didnt know what is this until now. ^^
