Doesn't the voting system look likely to end up with the top so many accounts always getting all the grants simply by outvoting everyone?

I noticed a post a while back explaining how to cheat it to get a grant for yourself without anyone being able to prevent you, and it looked like however many grants there are per cycle would simply end up being the number of plutocrats at the top of the system getting all the grants by such means...

That's possible . . . we'll have to see how it pans out. Currently it's looking in reasonably good shape with 60% (3 out of 5) grants being awarded to devs and the MC foundation. 2 out of 5 grants are going to individuals voting for themselves at the moment, but that should end as their share is diluted by wider minting. At that point, larger coin owners would need to collaborate to get grants, and I'm unsure if they'd do that just to screw the community out of grants that are going towards projects to help the coin they own. They'd need to be very short sighted. But who knows? Maybe they are CEOs! We'll see.
