Cop are cops. Its yes sir, no sir from me. They can actually arrest you for non-violent resisting(not agreeing with them or saying they are wrong) piss them off in any way or don't do what they say. Our local police posted this 25 things you are to do if stopped by police.

This isn't a free country like some people think. Two months ago the FBI sent memos to police departments instructing them to consider people who quickly quote their rights and strongly defend the Constitution of the United States as "Domestic Terrorists". Google it.

1) Wasn't there a witness that said Mike Brown charged at the officer 1st? (I know even that doesn't give the officer the right to fatally shoot him or does it?)
The cop can legally shoot and kill you if you threaten his life.

Happens all the time...this happened the same week brown was killed.
