I guess crypto price will start improving in the exchange market because the signs many researchers has been waiting for is happening already in the community. This year 2022 will be a massive achievement to all crypto investors who invested a huge amount of money on crypto last year when the price was very low in the market.
There are two sides of a coin in any market because it's a zero sum game with winners and losers inside. Money flows from pocket of losers to pocket of users.

So if it is bull market, big winners earn money from big losers. Do you think all investors earn profit in bull market? It is not, never. In bull market, people are greedy and accept to bet with new projects with hope that they will get x10, x100 easily. Yes a few of investors will earn profit like that but many of them will fall into traps of scam projects. Consequently and unfortunately their capital will be stolen, divided 10 or 100 times.

This is the moment of truth, today is 1st of January 2022 will crypto market start retracing 60k after holidays is over? Or the market is tired of pumping and will fall even Futher? This questions have been on my mind for a while now because to be honest bulls have been here for two years already I'd say this is one of a kind bull market so far but what's keeping crypto at this stronger phase?

Depends on how many people with money invest in crypto, the more the better. Or if some other major announcements made by the influencers out there that simply moves prices high, even a small tweet from a known person can have an impact. Also the global pandemic is a factor, some people lost trust on some of the governments theses days, so they instead convert they money to Bitcoin or eth or any other stable coins, they're making a hedge. So many to add on, just stay update and we may be able to see what might comes next.

The season many crypto investors have been waiting for is here already for many to achieve a good income. Now that crypto price is increasing gradually, it will hit $60 before the end of this first week of January.

Moment of truth? You mean if this goes sideways then there's no good future anymore?
He definitely not mean that. What he really wants to convey on his statement was the first day of the year is crucial since its the start of trading so there's a chance that the trend form during that particular day will gonna govern but not 100%. In other term, If its a basketball, Bitcoin will get a home court advantage if ever the opening trading will be good because of the possible momentum that it will built.

I'd like to disagree with just one chance only. The future is unknown when it comes to cryptocurrencies and I always believed and hoped there would be one project that would suffice the needs of everyone just like what Satoshi is aiming for. Not for self interest only which we are witnessing nowadays.
It's a long year, it will be, and this is just the start of it. Not the only moment.

In the past few weeks, we've seen Bitcoin went sideways for a bit at around $40,000-$50,000 and it might stay that ways for a few more weeks before we see who will prevail.
Right now, its hard to know if what will happen in the next few weeks to months. You are right that the bulls are controlling the market since March 2020 when the pandemic has been announced and TBH, I'm also expecting as well that the market might enter a big correction phase this year but there are no confirmations to it right now so we are only predicting and we don't know what might happen in the future.

I think the best thing to do is to just wait for what will happen and lets be ready into whatever will happen. If it goes up, make a plan and if it goes down also make a plan.

Thats a very hard to grasp at the moment. The new year might be a new beginning for the market to start a terrific early new year or pump but who knows btc still remain sideways and we can see what would be the possible trend in the coming days. But I am relatively bullish as new year is something every investor are looking forward to invest with.

Even if it falls further or either it pumps high again, it doesn't matter as the people will keep BTC on their hands and it possibly buy more. Yeah, we have been in two years full of grace and bullish, and we even think it keeps on the right track after this new year.

Then, I have to be honest and I want to see the market were still bullish. I'd never think for a dump like 2018-2019, though nothing is impossible in crypto, and what I guess is that it seems not to happen at this time, not this year 2022, hopefully.

The economy of each country today is crashing but the crypto markets are still up. With the inflation rising, I think Bitcoin market will be bullish still until everyone adopts it. There is no returning back to the way it is before that the bear market will last for more than a year. The institutions are coming to buy the BTC that we sell so if you can hold on to yours for as long as you can, then hold it because it's the best ticket to surviving the future.

The year 2021 was mostly bullish movement, and since the market did not end like what we are expecting last year, then I would like to believe that we are already in the bear period, so this 2022 is about correction, no more pump and new ATH but a pure correction before a new ATH will come again.

For those who are aiming to buy, this year could be the best year as the price will dump and this gives us more opportunity to accumulate.

If you look at the middle of 2020 and from then onwards to today then we can definitely say that the last 18 months or so in general have been very positive for the crypto market. But we also say some major correction already in this year. The hardest one was in May if i remember correctly and i was also heavily hit by that as my portfolio is now only worth around 20% of what it was back in the beginning of may 2021 as i mainly investend into new projects and those are usually taking way heavier blows in a bear market than the established ones.
I don't really think though that a massive 1 or 2 year bear market will come soon as it happened back in 2018, i think we are just more advanced and adopted now.

You can ask, but I am afraid that we do not know to have the right answer because the market has become unpredictable and it is hard to know where it will move. The only thing you can do is still analyze to know when to enter the market and leave the market as soon as you profit before the market changes the direction to the other sides. That will be good to anticipate the loss because the market can get up and down anytime and if the market is down and you are not yet selling your coin, you need to wait for some time.

The last year is the bullish trend that we saw after waiting for at least 3 years from the last bullish trend and making bitcoin price reach the last ATH before last year. I think this moment we will see a sideway moment and then we will see another thing, whether if that will be the bear market or it still the bullish market.

The market will not get tired of pumping as long as there are plenty of enthusiasts for Bitcoin and are still happy to buy it in large quantities, so there is no word getting tired of the market and the ups and downs that have occurred in the market during 2021 is a great thing too and for 2022 I hope could be better.

I do think now that it's the new year things could start to pick back up, but I wouldn't say it's going to be today (January 1st) and things are just going to boom to where they were before. Sure, that would be nice and all, but it might still be a week or two before the bulls start running again. You're right that these next few days will be interesting to see, and I hope things start going upwards sooner rather than later. But, let's see it get back up and hold above $53-$54k before we start putting the 60's out there, lol... Just have some patience, I don't think this bull market is going to last forever.

(....)
Another possible will happen is what happened last first quarter of 2018. After Bitcoin reached its peak, we saw a huge run for the altcoins, even shitcoins before most of them are pumping, it is still possible to happen for sure but this time will be more different, as the percentage of the pump could be less more.

But on the other hand, we should be ready for the bear market. This year could be possible the bear market season for the cryptocurrency market or like crypto winter, which we are just on sideways.

Don't be too quick.

When you say crypto and $60k, you're talking about bitcoin. But there's the catch whenever someone talks about crypto, many are thinking of bitcoin.

Or the market is tired of pumping and will fall even Futher? This questions have been on my mind for a while now because to be honest bulls have been here for two years already I'd say this is one of a kind bull market so far but what's keeping crypto at this stronger phase?
The market never gets tired.

Be patient and wait whatever the market sentiment is, bull or bear.

Yes, a lot has changed in this bull run, from Felon Musks manipulations, to Michael Saylor and many other institutions hoarding BTC like there ain't no tomorrow.
I'm glad it's happening however, it enables us small people to enjoy the benefits longer

The brutal part of cruel crash is still coming, call it whatever you want like mother of all crash kiyosaki warned us but we have this confidence that crypto demand won't make bears march on us once again like 2018 well that's not impossible, strong bear market must occur to keep things in balance

I'd say this is one of a kind bull market

It definitely is:
-Its first bull market in which Bitcoin stops for one full year in the middle of strong bull run (2021 ROI = 50%).
-Its the first bull market in which Bitcoin dropped 50%, right from ATH, in 2 weeks just to hit new ATH 4 month after.
-Its the first bull market in which BTC is called an "alternative investment asset" by banks and governments during The Real Interest Rate being negative 5%.

what's keeping crypto at this stronger phase?

Bitcoin fundamentals were never stronger. With CBDC and 0 privacy, with 10% inflation bitcoin is the answer. In next 1-3 years everything is possible. Even 80% dump together with stock and real estate dump caused by rising interest rates and money being moved back to low risk assets (bonds). But sooner or later FED will be forced to print more and more causi9ng BTC bubble v4, v5, v6. I next 20 years perspective there is only north.
