Yeah, what percentage of 60k accounts are active right now?

They may also automate reactivation if the current balances are extremely small/near zero, which would save time.

(Just my personal theory..)

I'm pretty sure that if only one person tries to claim an account, and it had a strong password, then it'll be handled automatically. Most of the accounts will fall in this category. There will probably be a small number of disputed accounts, though, and those will take a lot longer to sort out.

If they are doing a manual verification process then this is going to take a long time.

Accounts * AvgTimeToVerify (in seconds) / NumOfEmployees

So, my guess is 60,000 * 60 / 5 = 72,000s to completion (8.33 full days of work).

Of course I'm just guessing on the last two numbers.  Anyone else have better information?
