The next financial crash will be bitcoin going out of existence and million of people losing their hard earned money on the blockchain. But is that even possible.

There will probably be another 2008 in the coming years.. that could have been that catalyst for btc in the first place. I get the feeling that another crash will only be a boon for crypto in general.

What I surely hope is that crypto will not be a casualty. The BTC plunge as well as that of all the other coins save for Ripple is definitely shaking a lot of people. People I know that bought in to this were visibly upset when they woke up to BTC down to $13,000.

I think that the world community will do everything to prevent a repeat of 2008, but some data indicate that the economy is slowly moving towards a global crisis.

Hello All,

With Brexit in the UK, the highest consumer credit card we have ever seen and the likelyhood of defaulting after March-18 which could potentially trigger another 2008 style crash whats everyones thoughts on crpto currencies in general?

Will it be the new gold?
or
Will the IMF and world banks try to impose more transparency and regulation to avoid this from happening?

Thoughts? Smiley
