Take a look at Paycent card: https://paycent.com/

They are the only project currently which starts delivering their card. Their card comes under MasterCard brand so it will be possible to use all PoS and ATM in the network worldwide. The delivery started today (30th April).

Worldwide coverage expect for few sanctioned countries.

Their mobile wallet app is live and supports BTC, ETH, LTC and very soon Dash, and native PYN token.

I’ve passed KYC and now I’m waiting for the delivery. Will let you now when I use it, but till then you can watch their CEO using it:

Okay that is pretty good review of the crypto debit cards. However I am very concerned about the few things which makes me stop from even trying these cards. I get nervous by the thought that what if I am using the card one day and suddenly there is huge problem on the block chain of that card provider? What if my transaction does not pass through then it could be very shameful for me to stand in the line when the cashier will say your card isn't working dude! Lolz what if anything like that happen. I mean with the MasterCard and visa nothing like that happens and I can ship free minded with that one.

I know this is very wired thought but to be honest we cant trust the crypto currency on such high level! At least not me! But good review.

I understand your concern but the reason for that is your prejudice and lack of experiences. You should really give Bitcoin debit card a chance, you will be surprised how easy and convenient is this way to spend your coins and it's accepted everywhere. You don't have to worry if some merchant accepts Bitcoin or not.
I've been using Xapo card for a two years and they had the system that you are spending your Bitcoin directly from your wallet. Never in two years was my card declined because of blockchain or any other technical issue.

Now I'm using Mistertango and when I deposit Bitcoin on it it's immediately converted to fiat currency, Euro to be precise, so there is no option that your card is declined because of anything related to blockchain. You are actualy spending Euros.

There's a misconception regarding your use of Bitcoin Debit Card.
In order to use your Debit Card you will need to exchange your coins into USD, which then will be deposited into your card. This exchange are done automatically when you reload your Bitcoin Debit Card by your debit card provider (WireX, Coinsbank, Bitwala, etc). This way, if somehow the blockchain are slow or even stuck, as long as you still have money inside your debit card you can use it freely.

Besides, if the cashier says that there isn't enough balance on your card or "your card isn't working dude" you can just pay with cash in hand, no shame about that.
Unless you had no cash at your pocket, I would be shamed and wash their dishes or something Tongue

That doesn't have to be case at all so no reason to have fear.
If you have the card like Mistertango which you can upload with bitcoins and they are immediately exchanged to Euros, then you are actually paying with fiat and your card wil be accepted no matter some problems on blockchain. In that case you could only have problems with depositing but in that case you wouldn't use the card anyway.
But I do agree that is not wise to have only one card and that it's only tied to cryptocurrencies.

Always have a backup card. Never rely on just that one bitcoin debit card while shopping or having dinner. Imagine inviting family and friends to lunch and while waiting for the bill you get an email from the card provider saying they suspended their card operations indefinitely. You have no cash. Your family might have forgotten their credit cards back home. The embarrassment is immeasurable.

Card declined. Do not honor.

You might feel like being in this guy’s shoes:

https://youtu.be/I_qCAAZAuDI

Really hard to totally trust all these crypto cards. When I pay with them, my eyes are glued on that machine waiting for that approved alert. Convenience should be about trusting the card will be honored. It’s unhealthy to pay while feeling nervous and uneasy.

I can’t wait for a solid crypto card provider to finally introduce a card we can all totally trust and rely on.

i have one.. and ith works, just used today to buy a bootle of watter Cheesy

really have a card is very practical and useful

Its takes almost 1week to verify the documents, the card arrived in 1 week in portugal, you can set to automatic whenether you send bitcoin or ether or any one available to transfer automatically to your card, or not.. you have an option to choose enable or disable!

The money trasnfers instantly once you trasnfer from and eth or btc adress to upaycard... it only takes the coin confimation time, thats normal!

keep in mind that the card works ok with me but im not putting my hand on the fire for this Cheesy but right now is one of the best arround!!

One week of delivery for Upay card? Did you choose regular or express shipping?

What about Neteller/Skrill debit MasterCard's?

Are they still working with depositing crypto into Neteller/Skrill account and then withdraw at ATM? I stop using them an year ago because of high fees.

Skrill MasterCard is still working but the thing is that you can't withdraw the funds at the ATM if you have loaded your account with Bitcoins. So, it's not fully functioning Bitcoin debit card. And the fees are still rather high.
I don't know if Neteller is still working.

Thanks, then I guess is the same with Neteller card, because they bought Skrill 2-3 years ago.

So to use bitcoin -> Skrill/Neteller MC, you must deposit bitcoin into your account, then 'clean' this money with deposit/withdraw to some gambling site and then you will be able finally withdraw it on ATM.

Yeah, I guess something like this. I haven't tried it that way so I can't confirm it's working. If it does, please update info here.
Also, I don't know if it's possible to withdraw money that is deposited with Bitcoins to withdraw on some Visa card that you have registered with Skrill. That could be useful.

Is the UPayCard restricted to EU/EEA residents too? Mistertango is and they deactivated my card end of last month. I'm not really keen on WageCan with their super expensive card and delayed loading.

I'm still waiting for Cryptopay to introduce a new card but I'm not putting all my hopes in that happening soon.

How is EEA residency established for these cards? I have a bank account in Europe which I opened back when I did a university course in Germany. I finished the course, left the country and now permanently live and work in Asia. I asked the bank if I am entitled to keep the account and they don't object to keeping it active. Funny thing is I no longer live in Germany and there is still an overdraft facility (Dispokredit) and a credit card attached to the account so I really question how these banks manage risks, given I'm not a German citizen.

Can I use a bank statement from a European bank to support EEA residency for these crypto cards? Or do they want to see an active visa or residence permit?

Got a question,
Do I need to verify my Upaycard account in order to be able to order a virtual card?
I only need virtual card for my internet transactions and I don't see any option to order a new virtual card

I also tried Epayments but instead sending verification codes to my phone, it just sends me a garbage texts, there's something wrong on their system  Undecided

One week for verification? That is a lot. Most services nowdays have the possibility to verify your data through app instantly
And what about upload fees and limits for payments and ATM withdrawal? Are they reasonable? The cards works everywhere in the world or only some countries?

Nice to have this overview but I have to notice that the current choice of Bitcoin debit cards is very poor. Visa has made really big mess with the latest decision and currently working cards have either high fees and low limits or aren't usable everywhere and in all countries.
Is there realy no provider that has serious business interest to cover this area?

If I'm not wrong mistertango is no longer available in non-EU areas so you should include the location coverage of these card providers.

This is a good list but if you're serious on maintaining this thread, you might wanna do a little adjustment since informations on overview threads should be easy to spot.
Have a look at some examples which you can use as a reference:

2018 List Bitcoin Mixers Bitcoin Tumblers Websites
Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns

Look at how all essential informations are there so be sure to also add some on yours hmmm... so in your case it would be anything that a user should be looking for if he's planning to avail a btc debit card e.g. areas covered, fees, if unverified users are welcome, how reputable are they, links etc...

Good night good people!

Im posting this valuable info for thoose who search for the only one crypto debit cards working right now!

Upaycard - You can order for free the mastercard and once received you can load it up via ETH or BTC or many other options. (Highly Recomended)

ePayments - You can order the mastercard for 4.95€ or 5.25USD and once received you can load it up via ETH or BTC or many other options. (Highly Recomended)

Mistertango - You can order for free the mastercard and once received you can load it up only via BTC or many other options. (Less Recomended because of high card load fees 25€ each time, only recomend for large amounts at a time)

Right now im unsing the Mistertango because i loaded it up with 1000€ from my coinbase BTC and it works like a charm, the provier is WIRECARD so it will last working! I think i will stop using because i need to send less amount of each time with lesser fees!

Upaycard and ePayments MasterCard providers are also good, none of the above are from waveshitcrest!!

Right now this are the only "Crypto cards" working.

Of course when Centra/Monaco/Tenx/Payeer/Bitwala/Wirex come with a new provider maybe they will become number one!

Centra and Tenx will let you spend CRYPTOS directly from the cards, the options i mention above, all of them you need to converto to EUR or USD in order to use the card!

Hope this helps someone, because this research already made me lost some nights of sleep Cheesy (and some money with useless cards)
