Had my account stolen!! Then I find out I can only send 2 messages every 24 hours!!! What is going on?
That is the limitation made by theymos to newbies since back on those days newbie ranks has been used for spam,scamming and anything illegal. But if your account really stolen by retards on this forum then the best thing you can do is to post this message on meta and message the rightful admin to solve your issue, And don't expect that your issue will be solve immediately since there are so many backlogs hacked account issue are still occuring right now.
