I'm glad I don't live in countries like the United States. I think we should not do intermediary transaction services for Americans because this brings too much risk and we can stay in prison for life.

that is really unfortunate to happen to him but that's a big reason so many exchanges are starting to looking into compliance. I've heard that blockchain forensic firms like Ciphertrace are helping these sorts of people before any legal action is taken esp to someone who has no idea about the dirty funds that are being funneled.

So I recently learned that a person that ran a btc<=>fiat exchange(fairly small in terms of volume, no kyc/aml implemented) got arrested because supposedly some of the users he dealt with were laundering money, unbeknownst to him. This guy was raided with local police and even US authorities and is going to be extradited to the US. Honestly, this sucks cause it shows just how much influence the US has over the world and how easily it can get someone there to spend a lifetime in prison.

I really think that there are many factors why, they could have taken him prisoner, I think maybe they were tracking him and they got that little flaw and took advantage of grabbing him, I think the Americans are very smart and very smart people, they are hardly wrong in his procedures, they all keep it calculated.

Just look at how they cross the Pakistani air space just to take down down Bin Laden. That's how smart Americans are and everything is done meticulously, and very calculated.

I'm sure they have been tracking it down for months before the arrest and the procedure and the process is air tight, just like any other cases they got themselves involved it, whether within US or outside.

Next will be Assange for sure, they have been asking for extradition and I won't be surprised if Julian will also be tried in US court.

You are absolutely right, the power they have, the intelligence they put into each act is worthy of admiration, only by listening to Donald Trump to speak is it noted in advance that he has written all that many books, I think that their power is not can still calculate, and is one of the countries that have tried to demonstrate power against Russia and China, which are powerful countries but have a system that the world of progress does not continue to have a strong tendency to the left.
