Blockchain technology gives photographers and all kind of artists a chance to be their own agency.
Wemark empowers those by providing them the ability to create and distribute their work however they choose.

Moving to blockchain can help the stock-photography industry achieve more! rewarding both, the photographers and the buyers.

absolutely. the practicality of the token is the only thing that will govern the long term success or failure. sure in the short term crypto can be just an asset traded on exchanges with little weight given to the use of the coin but long term the ability of the token is key.

Yes, most of the so called ICOs nowadays are being more and more imaginative than realistic.
They are implementing a very long roadmap to reach their production level.
A company that would yield after 20 years would not be beneficial for the investors as they can have a better profit on FD.

practical is important but the most important project is its uniqueness and different from other projects with different innovations different features will easily attract investors and with a strong community the project will go forward and develop

Advocate of the devil: Many successful coins started as experiments without practical use, like Bitcoin, which u couldn't even trade until someone was hungry for pizza.

Now there are many tokens that claim to have a practical use, but in many cases there's no real need for a token nor a blockchain, just using crypto to raise dumb money.

There is no guarantee about any project i have seen even some good projects with good teams fail due to different factors such as cheating of some team members, fraud, financial crunch situation or others.

Photographers have no other choice than sharing high percentage of revenue with agencies. The powerful middlemen control distribution and hurt the ability of the artists to make a proper living. Photographers are struggling behind, possessing only 15% of their photo's value and have no exclusivity on the creative side.

I think cryptos with practical benefits are the future. That seems kind of obvious but there are many that are just stores of value or pegged to some other asset. Tokens that help manage intellectual property are useful for creators. But I'm sure they mesh well with the underlying philosophy of cryptocurrency.

Decentralized marketplaces is a great way for both sides to negotiate directly and sellers to reach a massive audience, of a certain character, that is interested in their product. The important role of Wemark is to provide a set of marketing tools and to create a fair distribution of royalties system, which will help photographers support themselves.

The current distributing system is outdated and needs to be changed, creators are giving up their basic rights, receiving only symbolic compensation of their work’s value. Till now WeMark's mechanism seems to be the most applicable..
the practical ability of a project should not be underestimated considering so many failed ICOs out there..
