French Peugeot Societe Anonyme will buy from General Motors company Opel and its British subsidiary Vauxhall for 2.2 billion euros.
With reference to the parties to the transaction it is reported that a car company PSA will lay out a tidy sum of 1.3 billion euros and 900 million euros will pay for Autobank GM Financial.
It is the policy of Trump for the return of capital in America or the continuation of the crisis in the automotive industry?

I don't think so.
The American car industry has not been well established in last years. Take a look at Detroit. There it looks like in a third world country, horrible. This is not possible in Europe. And no one in the world likes American cars. The technology is obsolete and the consumption of gasoline is often much higher than with Japanese or German cars, also French.
