One word. Waves.
I predict that we won't use centralized exchanges in 4-5 years. There are very good projects working on this like 0x, waves, openanx but this is not a solution to escape government.

Current Chinese mess may be the beginning of the regulations all over the world, so in the long term the decentralized exchange platforms may be the biggest winners.
