Preliminary sale of tokens is organized to make valuation and assessment of demand for this product from the cryptocurrency community, to receive feedback.

Funds collected during Initial Coin Offering will be:
•   invested into real estate assets that generate income immediately (financing of current projects)

Proposed projects for holders of tokens depending on the volume of the fund:

Term of construction 12 months.
Profitability from leasing up to 20% per annum.
