Not bad.. nice video but there's certainly more he can do to elaborate on why the price swing is not necessarily negative and how it relates to future of bitcoins.

I had the same thought so I made another video in you check my page.

I hope it goes to the green side of the numbers for once. This price drop is feeling like a cold, freezing death to bitcoin community and needs to be shake out.

The problem though is as the price drops, it discourages people from entering the market due to fear. Even people other than speculators who can use bitcoin for remittance might be scared off by shills and negative publicity arisen from the price drops.

You are right but it can revert since when the price rises, it is likely to keep rising as people are margin trading long and the fear is smaller among new buyers.

Nice vid, im in it for the long, will be buying some more
In for the long for what? The price or the concept of bitcoins?

Short answer: Both.

I'm buying BTC for the same reasons I'm buying precious metals: I've lost all trust in fiat. All major currencies are hopelessly overprinted and at some point this has to result in high inflation rates. I'm buying now rather than when inflation really picks up because I believe BTC is currently seriously undervalued and experience tells me that markets will price in expectations of high inflation much quicker than I will be able to react.

There are other inflation edges but one of the reason why Bitcoin will appreciate in price is because of the inflation that will decrease the Dollar's value.

OP's video is interesting, summary of it : "calm down, be positive"

Yeah both, im long term holding now and acquiring more each week.  Even if i had none i support crypto currency for social change potential which all common people will profit from.

Nice one. I'm definitely holding onto my bitcoin for sure and I agree it's basically the fear factor that is pushing the price further down with some panic selling and especially made worse with the latest fiasco with bitstamp. Hopefully we ought to see price recovery pretty soon.

yes, of course, for sure !!! things will get better.

I will also not sell, I will only observe. How much panic can calsar problems

Honest 80s business!
Sometimes negative things just are what they are... negative things. We need to acknowledge that more in my opinion. I also find it somewhat hilarious to say that Bitstamp going down would be good for the price, since Bitcoin behaves kind of bizarro right now, but it would be a really bad thing, actually.
