Kdbsync can be an asshole....

Had similar issues on a system that had an ATI card in it previously and I then upgraded to 2 x 7850's.
Can only assume it doesn't remove everything and causes a driver conflict of some sort.

Can you try....

Open Control Panel>Programs and features
Click on AMD Calayst Install Manager then click Change
Click Next on the welcome screen
Click Uninstall Manager then click Next
Click Custom then Next
Check box next to AMD APP SDK Runtime then click Next
Click Finish

Then try reinstalling the SDK from scratch.

Let me know how you get on.

I am not sure what is wrong.

I have a motherboard that supports 3X7950 Cards, PSU with enough cables.
If I put in one of the HD 7950 cards and boot into OS, it runs and mines bitcoins perfectly fine.
Any of the HD 7950 but one in any slot works.

But as soon as I put two HD 7950 into the motherboard, putting one more. It reports 99% usage
on the second card in MSI after burner. And all mining programs crash instancely upon opening.
Cgminer says not responding, reaper says not responding, etc. No mining program works.
But everything else, like browsing the web, and stuff seems fine.

I tried reinstalling the drivers 13.1, and both reported 0% usage in msi after burner, a change.
But no mining programs work. I tried crossfire, I tried 12.8,13.3 beta, doesn't work.
I tried putting in a 3rd card nothing works.

As soon as I take out the cards, and leave in one. It works and mines perfectly.
And I tried the single card on slot 1,2,3 and still works fine.

I don't understand the problem  Huh

I tried everything.
