From the next raffle, we will be hard coding a new rule i.e anyone who is participating in the raffle should have made contributions to the board recently. Through this, we will be able to reward only the active posters of the board and not the ones who were inactive.

I was excluded from participating in my first raffle. I understand at that time my contribution here was next to zero. Considering my present activity and what @pakitheboss and @elevates agreed on I have no issues. I would be happy if you take the complete responsibility now. I am confident that you would hold on to those funds. Never seen anyone now days betraying a fellow Indian unless it is a scammer. I do understand trust numbers and you are on the top it shows.

What can you do in this situation? DarkStar_ has be holding those funds for a long time now. If he wants to take a break then it is better you hold on to those funds. I personally do not have any qualm about it. I don't think anyone here would have an issue as you have been conducting the raffle without any personal gain. You did this out of your own interest to keep the Indian board active. Considering your reputation and your commitment over the years I am happy if you hold those funds.

I don't think anyone here would object about it as DarkStar_ would not be active in the forum. You have been organizing and handling the raffle for quite sometime now. I have been part of quite a few raffle and I have not felt or read about any issues to date. I believe the funds would be safe and secure with you. Hoping for the next raffle to launch soon.

An update regarding the future of prize distributions : DarkStar_ will not be really active in the forum, so the remaining balance will be transferred to my address so that I can handle the prize distributions from now on.

With ordinals clogging up the network and mempool hitting an ATH of 400k pending transactions, usage of legacy addresses has been deprecated from this raffle. Anyone who has provided legacy addresses should change their addresses to bech32.

I think your contribution to the board in the past few days have been remarkable and the posts were really interesting for generating a discussion too. But, since your second post was in the raffle I am unable to include you this time.

When we create a deadline, spots won't be filled up. This has happened in the past. This raffle is specifically created for Indian board members and if we create a thread in Games & Rounds, other country members would abuse them and this has also happened in the past.

If we create a meaningful topic or post, then I think that is suffice and the rule has been present since Raffle #1. Obviously if the post is good, it would receive merits 

There are three spots left but I don't think they will be occupied any time soon. My reason for saying it, is not because I was not given an opportunity.

Me writing a reply was to only point out, why delay & wait for others to join? Why not genrate the outcome within a deadline. Time constraints freebies are always good to create online traffic. Next is to post this thread link on games & rounds child board. It will surely get us more traffic.

Last Raffle started on January 03, 2021 and ended on February 03, 2021. So, 6 month is over for all the previous winners. Hence, I guess, the raffle is now open to all the previous winners again. Right?

OK, it's been a while and we never had these great games running to encourage our beautiful community.

Now, as a token of appreciation to all the Indian forum members who are making this board a delightful place to stay even during the adverse Bitcoin conditions prevailing in India, we will continue running these raffles in terms of monthly events. As of today, the price of 1BTC is around $28,000 ~ ₹23,00,000 per bitcoin  and the winner would be receiving ₹2,300.

About the Game :

1. This is a pretty simple and quite interesting game, where there would be 16 spots from 0-9 and a-f. Each person should pick one character and post in the reply of this topic along with their bitcoin address.

2. Once all the 16 spots are filled, I will choose one single future block to be mined. For instance person X has chosen '8' as their spot and I have chosen block #782,997. Here the hash of the block #782,997 is 00000000000000000004cade9ff90e7ec9c31e4bf0475a1793387a5a06d9ea88 which determines that 8 is the winning character.

3. The person who has chosen the correct character wins the prize amount of 0.001BTC (Please note that 0.001BTC is no more cheaper but in terms of our economy it costs around ₹2,300)

As per rules, they are mostly the same as followed in the previous raffle topics

Rules :

1. The game is strictly restricted only to Indian forum members. If you are someone outside India or hailing from nearby countries like Bangladesh, Pakistan or Sri Lanka, you are not allowed to participate in this game.

2. This raffle winner cannot participate in the upcoming games for 6 months. Let us give others a chance to win some bitcoins. You can consider this 6 months as a cooling period like if some X has won the game in April, they can participate only in the November raffle. Our local community is so small such that I have reduced the period to 6 months. If in future, we rise up to one of the most populated local boards I might change the rule such that the game winners cannot participate in the upcoming lotteries for over a year.

3. There are 16 spots and only 1 slot per person is allowed and more importantly I cannot give you any random spots. Once I have updated the slot in OP, there is no changing of slot numbers.
