In this community, nobody even thinks about "breaking rules" anymore because it's so common.
I can understand your frustration having been denied for whatsoever reason what you think you're eligible for. But saying this forum doesn't observe rule keeping then you're wrong. Perhaps, you should try breaking the community rule and see for yourself when caught.

I think you need to often visit the reputation board and scam accusation board (you'll get to see issues that are been tackled there by community members) than just
going there to drop your complaint thread.

Sorry I didn't mean this forum didn't follow rules at all, I was referring to the very large part of the gambling community that live and play from restricted locations. To us we often forget we are even breaking that rule because it is so common.
Hmm... Now see what your oversight to the rule has cost you, so dearly that you don't even know where to start from to exonerate yourself from your actions. Cases of this nature are seldom reconsidered by casinos especially when it seems like the gambler in question was  deliberately daring their system already put in place in their ToS.

Your chances of getting redeemed on this violation is somewhat tiny but just continue pushing if you have the energy and see if you might be pardoned.

It more likely seems that you have used fake details to complete the KYC and that's the reason why your account was banned. I suggest you to contact the owner of the platform or its official representative and then manually submit your original KYC details and who knows if they give you another chance, but to be honest, such chances happen rarely.

That's the thing... I have been trying to contact them since the day they KYC'd me. Noah blocked me and will not respond to me. If you want to know all the details, here is my post. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5520694

I understand if you don't feel like reading all that but I figured I would share it in case you wanted to know why this is more than just a player in a restricted territory who got KYC'd

This is a player who had a public dispute with the owners of Shuffle that ended with them paying me $30,000 in back commission they owed me for a situation that was their fault, and now suddenly an ironclad TOS claim that was never a problem for 2 years and millions of dollars and all communication channels blocked.

That isn't what happened at all... and no my account was closed a month ago. I think you are confusing me with someone else. I wagered over 10 million between Airdrop 1 and 2.

But that does not change the fact that is is still breaking the rule. If the casino has it in their listed of restricted countries, players from there should not play.

If you have proof that the casino owners knew you were from a restricted country that still does not make it any less a violation of the rule, but can give other players an insight of the culture there. In this regards you will still have to give more information on how much you have been able to wager and withdraw. if you have largely been able to withdraw your winnings it will show the casino did not just act to rip you when you had the first chance at a big reward.

You should stated when your account close because I remember that you made a similar scam accusation against this casino before but failed to convince the public for support.

Shuffle has 2 part airdrop while your account is already closed the time 2nd airdrop was announced so you literally doesn’t lose airdrop tokens rather you lose your account alone since you don’t have wager eligible for this 2nd airdrop.

You are using the airdrop as excuse to discuss your issue. Also you should put this post on Shuffle ANN thread instead on gambling discussion board.

Half, if not more, of Shuffle's community is from restricted locations. In this community, nobody even thinks about "breaking rules" anymore because it's so common.

Shuffle actively allowed and profited from my activity for two years, making significant revenue because of it.

Yes, technically they're within their rights to enforce their terms, but it's a question of ethical business practices when an operation knowingly accepts and profits from activity they later use as grounds for a ban and airdrop exclusion. This isn't just about entitlement to an airdrop it's about transparency.

I understand what you're saying, and you're right, they can do anything they want. That doesn't mean I can't be devastated or talk about it.

Even if they knew you were breaking the rules, that doesn’t absolve you and entitle you to an airdrop. Many of the big airdrops block U.S. residents and VPN users due to compliance reasons. According to your claims the owner might dislike you on a personal level, but you have also admitted to knowingly violating their terms and conditions. I’m not sure what outcome you were expecting. Whataboutism about double standards and selective enforcement isn’t going to help your case much, because many of these Curacao licensed casinos are in a similarly complicated situation in many countries and they have legal experts advising them on the best way to operate while minimizing their risks.

Here are my stats at the time of the snapshot.

Join Date:Feb 2023

Lifetime PNL: -$300,000 (roughly)

How many SHFL am I getting for this "huge airdrop" that was dangled in front of me for the past year?

ZERO.

because 2 weeks ago the owner closed my account for personal reasons
and is using a lie about a routine compliance check ending in my 2 year old account being KYC'd
even though I have proof he knew I was in the united states the entire time.
It's unreal. It's really hitting hard today. Sorry, I just had to talk about it.

You can read the details in the scam section of the forum.
