The state-forming people and its Fuhrer,
- or Ukraine and further on the list
Explanation: constituent peoples - linguistic lucky find for a federal state, so there was no doubt who is the chief among many peoples of the Russian Empire.
Finally, the Russian people found the Fuhrer, which fully corresponds to his mentality and which is able to restore the Russian Empire and its state-forming people confidence in the future. I wanted to write "leader" instead of "Fuhrer", still foreign words, but "Fuhrer" is somehow stronger in spirit, which is important for this historical moment. The fact is that after the defeat in the Afghan war and the subsequent disintegration of the USSR, the Russian people were somewhat lost as a result of the democratic reforms undertaken by the government (1). The pathological inability to self-organization and management, lack of initiative in political and economic activity in conditions of outright plunder of the country by oligarchs, naturally not of Russian nationality, led the Russian people to impoverishment and, as a consequence, the final disintegration of the Russian Empire (2). If we take into account that the Russian people can exist only in the conditions of the empire, then the disappearance of the empire threatened the existence of the Russian people. So it would probably have happened, if not for the great luck, when the oligarchs Berezovsky and Gusinsky made a great mistake, finding in Putin a substitute for the degraded to the end of Yeltsin. I want to note that because of his mistake, the oligarchs had to take their feet, and Berezovsky, he could not forgive himself such a blunder and hung himself up in the toilet with grief. As they say, and on the old woman there is an ailment.
Putin's slogan "Back to the Empire" reflects the great power as the spiritual essence of the state-forming people and his eternal, literally morbid, desire to be a "protector" for other peoples who all expressed themselves one by one in a voluntary desire to be the younger brothers of the state-forming people. Perhaps this is the explanation of the fact that a Russian person is in constant search for good and justice, precisely what he is chronically lacking. In this aspect, President Putin successfully reflects the accuracy of the well-known expression "every people has the power that it deserves." And the Russian people deserve a sovereign democracy under Putin's sovereign, this is how President Putin defined his status in the Russian Empire. I think that here he was somewhat frisky, in the empire the status should be the emperor. By the way, not without reason appeared coins with the profile of Emperor Putin.
In the time of the tsar-father, and then under Soviet rule, Ukraine, the Crimea, the Urals, Siberia, the Caucasus, Central Asia, Transnistria, the Baltic states, Karelia, and so on, were populated by the state-forming people, if I missed. And it happened that before that, in order to avoid any kind of misunderstandings, some peoples, such as Poles, Lithuanians, Latvians, Estonians, Crimean Tatars, Circassians, who almost completely disappeared, again Chechens, and further on the list, were evicted to more " »Climatic places. The only exception, whether because of forgetfulness, or because of the long-term Kremlin Mikoyan, were Armenians. But I dare to assume that the reason is here in the mentality. Armenians prefer to evict themselves from Armenia, which catastrophically empties, and settles in the resorts of the Black Sea coast and the North Caucasus, in the hospitable lands of the Kuban and Ukraine. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Armenians in large numbers appeared in California. Thus, there was no need for the state-forming people to settle in Armenia in order to evict Armenians. A kind of Armenian cunning. It should be noted that the Armenians are generally involved in the act of acting like a former Soviet Union, a kind of nonsense, namely ethnic cleansing-the expulsion of the Azerbaijani population from Armenia and the emergence of homeless refugees, followed by provocation in Sumgait and seizure, with the military support of the state-forming people, 20% of the territory of neighboring Azerbaijan. Armenia in the USSR, unlike other fraternal republics, becomes the only mono-national republic that has also seized part of the territory of the neighboring republic. Armenia today is Russia's only strategic ally from all the breakaway republics (3).
As I said, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the state-forming people were somewhat lost, but, thanks to the fatal mistake of the oligarchs, was again found and, under the leadership of the Fuhrer, again began to determine how this is the status of the state-forming people.
So it was determined: the janitors to be Tajiks, probably because of the fact that the Russian household, according to custom, drunk after dinner. By the way, even in tsarist times, janitors for the same reason used to be Tatars, taxi drivers to be Caucasian people - they do not drink before going to work. The Uzbeks are entrusted with building and vegetable gardens. Workers in restaurants to be specially brought to the Serbs - they are not borne. Bankers by default to be Jews and Armenians.
Everything would be fine if it were not for the fact that the Russian people, apparently due to their mentality, began to determine not only in their country, but also their neighboring Ukraine, which has been living since the time of Hetman Khmelnitsky, who voluntarily reunited Ukraine with Russia. Since then, the percentage of the Russian population living in Ukraine has increased steadily, which was facilitated by the settling of the South-Eastern part of Ukraine by the Russians, especially depopulated as a result of the Moscow famine. In Crimea, for example, all the indigenous people were evicted and settled by the state as a constituent people. And today the Russian people under the leadership of the Russian Führer (wherever the state-forming people live) of the Fuhrer Putin Ukraine is faced with a dilemma, or voluntarily abandon the Crimea and the Southeast Territories, or a war, as a result of which the Ukrainian people once again risk becoming " Brotherly "people. The same fate, apparently, is prepared for other countries where the Russian people live, and the Russian people live in many countries.
Alone in the midst of others, the Russians are mostly quite nice people, especially the intelligentsia. True, in an amount equal to three, one can observe some unbalance, however, in some enumerated quantity, a kind of critical mass, one can expect, as Ukrainian events show, something like a chain reaction, when the Russian people are instantaneously transferred to the states of the state-forming, which threatens the world with a nuclear Chain reaction.
It would not hurt to reveal the pattern in which a similar threat is possible in any country depending on the percentage of the state-forming people there, a kind of mathematical constant that the local population can lose its state in achieving:
K = R / P
Where R is the minimum number of settled Russians for their self-determination, P is the number of the local population. Knowing this constant can always be calculated depending on the living Russian population, in which country we should expect the formation of our state by the Russians.
So: R = kP
One must assume that each people has its own value of this constant.
I propose to call k, after the example of Planck's constant, "Putin's constant", in honor of the man the first to successfully prove the validity of this formula. True, Hitler was very close to him before the opening, if we recall the annexation of the Sudetenland, but then the experiment was not successful. I can only assume that although both Putin and Hitler are both Fuhrers respectively of each of their own people, there is a very significant difference between them, namely, that Putin and the Russian people are inseparable from each other. So, unlike Hitler, Putin did not have to create a party, his party is the entire Russian people, infinitely grateful to him for the empire returned to him, without which the state-forming people has no future.
The German people renounced Hitler and imposed fascist ideology on him by propaganda and punitive methods, while the Russian people, with the inherent Great Russian chauvinism, are hardly ready to renounce the Fuhrer Putin, who extremely successfully reflects the aspirations and aspirations of his people.
Once again I am convinced that in the most painful historical moment among the people there is a strong personality capable of avert distress. So, after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire and the subsequent threat of loss to the Turkish people of their own country, Mustafa Kamal (Atatürk) appeared, a leader whom the people fully trusted and followed him into the future. Today, we know Turkey as a democratic and economically developing country, in politics, which has no hint of a return of the past. To say that this is just the merit of Ataturk would not be true, here is the merit of the Turkish people, who had to go on self-sacrifice in order to defend their homeland in brutal struggle with numerous enemies, but also to find the strength to give up much that bound him With the past.
Certainly, Putin is also in demand for the Russian people, but, unfortunately, leading the people back to the empire, which conceals a potential threat to the countries where the state-forming people live.
