if you think the sun is journalism. then its time you try a different source of info.
i learned 30 years ago the meaning of tabloid. and the sun is a tabloid media source
So who gets to decide what is valid journalism for everyone, you? Either there is free speech or there isn't. The moment you start designating who is allowed to speak you don't have free speech.
people have the biological ability to speak. people have the biological ability to shut up
there is government laws where THE GOVERNMENT cannot force/coerce someone to stay silent(freedom of speach)
there is government laws where THE GOVERNMENT cannot force/coerce someone to speak(things like fifth amendment)
but none of that lot means other people are forced to listen to you, forced to believe what you say is true, nor forced to care about what you say.
infact its actually promoted that people should correct other people and give better opinions and better facts than what they might have seen elsewhere.
so instead of thinking the sun is freedom of speach to then stupidly think it means listen, read, trust and treat it as fact. .. understand that the sun is full of exagerations and clickbait and listen to it for entertainment reasons but seek elsewhere for true source of facts. dont just treat the sun or anything as complete fact.
