Artbyte, Doge, and Redd all have an active tipping community.
For ArtByte, the crypto supporting artists, tipping is only a small part of what they do. They also have a music site selling music for aby, and have several scholarships, gift, and awards for artists, and a new art gallery on the way.
For Doge, there is active community on Reddit that continues to welcome new crypto users with tips.
For Redd, social media tipping is the focus. I have not seen as much tipping action on Twitter or Reddit, but they have some new apps in development from what I have read.
