It usually happen when threads are banned and moved to trashcan. Yet there are several cases where there's just a temporary error and you'll receive that warning. Just wait some seconds and then refresh the page. You'll get the topic back again...

Yes the thread was deleted or moved to archive by a moderator. Usually the old topics which are becoming spam megathreads for signature campaign spammers to post are deleted.

I have the same issue with a couple of threads  Undecided Does it mean that the thread was deleted or changed?
