Would you mind to try maybe all 3 transactions might be confirmed today if you submit them to the Viabtc accelerator?

Here's the link https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator
Only the earliest transaction is possible since the next txn is a child of it and the last is the child of the previous one.
They wont accept transactions with unconfirmed parent.
Let's juts hope that its size isn't higher than their free accelerator's maximum allowed size.

But this reply mean that OP must have already set about 40000sat fee to the first transaction (must be confirmed by now if so) or last transaction:
now it worked. But I had to pay over 17 euros for a 100€ transaction. Very high fees.

Just wait every hour for available free submission. Just keep refreshing the page every x:59 or this time(forum time) at 1:59 PM.
Instead of paying for another bumping fee try the ViaBTC accelerator first just suggestion.

Sadly that’s the scenario we have found ourselves at, at the moment.

I don`t think these high fees will last for long.. it happened in the past, and things went back to normal with 1 sat/vbyte transactions after some months...

That’s means the remaining balance you have is within those unconfirmed transactions, the problem is you still need extra funds aside those ones to been used as fees.
OP had enough fund to increase the fee rate to 200 sat/vbyte. If he didn't had enough balance, he would get error from electrum GUI and he wouldn't be able to go to next step.
OP got that error from the server which means that the replacement transaction didn't meet BIP125 requirements.

I have credit, but the pending transactions mean my credit is unconfirmed. But I have enough credit. I can't increase fees, I always get the error message mentioned above. Even at 200 sat /vbyte.

My advice is forget about the last two transactions with unconfirmed parents first and bump the first one to render those last two invalid, that could be less costly than the CPFP for now and then you could send the next two transactions later.

If my assumption is right, the transaction you are trying to bump the fee has having unconfirmed parent which means technically you are doing CPFP by bumping it, but your wallet doesn't have any balance to cover the fee that is why you are getting this error.

I can't see your screenshots (they seem to be broken, at least for me), and i don't have the tx id's, so i cannot be certain.
Here is OP's image.

Do you have RBF enabled? You can just click the button "increase fee" and confirm the first transaction

You need to put at least 200 sat/vbyte.
With increasing the fee rate of the first transaction, nodes should remove three transactions from their mempool and they accept to do so, only if the fee used for the replacement transaction is higher then the total fee for paid for the three existing transactions.
That's why OP is now getting an error saying "insufficient fee" and probably has to use higher fee rates.

To OP:
Take note that with increasing the fee rate of the first transaction, you will invalidate the two other transactions.
If you want all your transactions to be confirmed, you should increase the fee of the last one.

Hello,
I have been having a problem with a Bitcoin transaction for 2 days.
I sent a small amount to a wallet 2 days ago. After it was still under "unconfirmed" after 24 hours, I sent two more transactions within 24 hours. But here too I only see “unconfirmed” (despite high fees).

I can now no longer use my wallet because the balance cannot be confirmed through the three open transactions. I also cannot cancel the first transaction or increase the fees. #There I only get an error message saying that I have to update electrum (it is on the latest version) or I have to change the server. Then there is also a message "insufficient fee, your transaction is supposed to replace an existing transaction in the memo pool, but it does not comply with the rule. Increase the fees."

What can I do? My wallet is now no longer functional.

You need to put at least 200 sat/vbyte.

You put 70 according to your image

You can check fees here

It looks like you have the same problem as this user had in the past: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/electrum-transaction-issue-unconfirmed-parent-insufficient-fee-problem-5398492
