So I entered my seed into electrum but I was never asked for a derivation path.  Where will I find this?
If importing a seed into Electrum (from a wallet that isn't Electrum)... during the seed entry, you need to click the "Options" button and then make sure that "BIP39 seed" is checked. Electrum will then accept a BIP39 seed and prompt you for the derivation path.

This still does not work.  Do you have another suggestion?

The easiest would be to export your seed and import it into another wallet (e.g. electrum).
To export your seed in mycelium: Click the 3 dots at the top right corner -> 'Backup'.
Then import it into electrum using the 'I already have a seed'-option. Enter your seed and use the correct derivation path (see my previous post).

We are working on this.
Please use Orbot and tor only in settings for now as a workaround.

This issue is always been happened to me that's why I switch to electrum for android, if ever you still wanted to use mycelium wait for their nwe update until they fix the issue.

Has this issue been happening to you recently or have you experienced it previously? I have used Mycellium for years and this is the first time I am having issues with transactions failing. This is my first time trying to use the wallet after their big modular update.

I did try electrum but it doesn't have the features I need.
Just past month ago I'm having this problem before if you are still having this issue "out of sync" try to connect to other internet connection or if you have an extra phone try to install mycelium and import your wallet then try to send bitcoin again. If it still persists maybe your phone is infected, do a hard reset it might help.

Then also check if your wallet is not a watch only wallet that mostly one of the reasons why you can't send out bitcoin to other wallets.

If all of these are not working it a server issue from mycelium.
Please don't reset your phone. This is a known issue. We are working on it.
Please see my previous post for workaround.

I have tried reinstalling, using 3 different networks over 3 days now always with the same result. Has anyone else successfully created a cold storage or trezor transaction in Mycelium recently?

I also opened a support ticket but I haven't heard anything.

Update: Issue reported via github: https://github.com/mycelium-com/wallet-android/issues/463
If still experience the same result I suggest that you import your wallet in other wallet like electrum that already suggested above.

This mostly sounds like a network issue (probably on myceliums's server side). This should be resolved within a day or two.
If you don't have time to (or don't want to) wait, you can always import your mnemonic seed into any BIP39 compatible wallet (e.g. electrum [1]).

The derivation path mycelium uses is: m/44'/0'/X'/Y/Z, where:
X = Number of your account (i.e. for the 1st created 'account' inside mycelium: 0; for the 2nd: 1, ...)
Y = 0 for receiving addresses; 1 for change addresses
Z = index of address (0 for first addres, 1 for second addres, ...).

So in electrum you have to enter:
m/44'/0'/0'/ for your 'first account',
m/44'/0'/1'/ for your second account, ...

Sometimes it happens to me, but mostly this issue is on their side, but you can try to turn off and on your router and ISP and restart your phone then try to send bitcoin again. If still doesn't work you can try to uninstall your mycelium app, but make sure that you already had the master backup seed or backup private key to recover your wallet back after you reinstall the mycelium app then send bitcoin again.

If this solution does not work better to wait for days sometimes it works again after a 1 day sometimes 3 days.

I am using the max spend button in mycellium. I checked and yes the addresses do have enough bitcoin in them since mycellium is making all the calculations with the fees automatically subtracted.

I do have an update, the transactions I created from the cold storage addresses did actually go though despite the message stating that they didn't so it doesn't sound like my ISP was blocking. This happened about an hour ago or several hours after I created them.

The trezor transactions however did not go through.

This is new behaviour I have never seen this message after years of using mycellium.

First of all, check the address that you're trying to sweep on a block explorer. Does the amount of Bitcoins as indicated in the block explorer correspond to the amount of Bitcoins you can spend?

It might just be the Mycelium servers are being blocked. Are you in a country that heavily censors network traffic?

...out of sync.

I have been attempting to create transactions with Mycellium and I keep getting this error.

First I tried to create a transaction from a cold storage wallet. I scan the QR code, enter the BIP38 password, select max fees, select an address inside of my Mycelium wallet and I get this error.

2. Next I tried to create a transaction from my trezor. Everything is working normally until I get to the screen where Mycelium says- broadcasting to the network. Then I get the same error. I have tried several times with different fee levels, different amounts etc. I always get the same result. I verified that the trezor does with using trezor.io

I have restarted my phone, connected to a different WIFI network, waited for 3 hours in between attempts. I am using Mycelium version 2.10.5.7 on Android 8.0.0, April 1, 2018.

I have been using Mycelium for years and have never seen this error. This is my first time attempting to use Mycelium after the big modular update, is anyone else seeing this? Could it be a new bug? Any ideas?
