Now we’re finally on an even playing field, banks used to hate Bitcoin, but now they seem to be adopting it. In reality, banks stand to lose a lot if they don’t adapt to Bitcoin because their income relies heavily on fees and loans. Accepting Bitcoin could actually benefit them, as it means more clients and opportunities.

There are people who make huge deposits in Bitcoin and fiat, which banks can then use for lending. As long as the government establishes clear rules on how to handle Bitcoin transactions, banks won’t have much of a choice but to jump on board.

This major policy is good as it it reshape the perception about crypto currency especially when it comes to acceptance level among the U.S population

I have some hopes that this policy and some others that will come in the U.S . will change the perception over (at least) bitcoin also in the rest of the world.
Maybe, just maybe the EU politicians will start getting their noses out of their cave after seeing what happens in the U.S.
