Crazy, not sure how you have deduced that genocide is the 'only available means at the moment to solve the most important social problems' without even stating what you consider to be the 'most important social problems'. Social problems differ massively from country to country, and I'm pretty sure genocide is not the answer to any of them. Name a social problem that genocide would solve and then you can start a discussion.
