America is best because, it has the best form of common law among the people, where the people could individually, easily put down all government agencies attacking them in any way. It is worst because there are only a hand full of people that know how to use it... the common law of the people, that is.

I think there are more problems in the us than dollars in circulation... there are at least 10 new problems per People per day... but at least we can speak of them. What is unclear to you here : "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances".
It all seems perfectly clear to me, but I have no idea why you brought it up, nor why you didn't answer my question.
I don't advocate any infringement of your right to practice your religion, so long as you don't infringe anyone else's rights to life, liberty, or property in your practicing.
In other words, make sure you aren't an evildoer, a thief, a murderer, or a troublesome meddler.
Which is exactly what 1 Peter 4:15 says, interestingly enough. Did you read it? The Christians in Congress obviously haven't.
