Who need a mining equipment under such terms?

Since English is not their first language i accept the fact that they typed altercoin,but i would like to see more details regarding this,on reaching their site i don't see much detail rather than just a subscription to get some offer,if you are planning for a November release we expect you to come up with the specifications
