But how can you get people to promote your project if it is buried here? If you deemed that the participants used fake accounts then don't pay them. Simply as that. Exposure is needed so that your project can be successful and you need the right thread to get your project exposed, as @bhadz said, move it to the Bounty thread. Goodluck to your project.

There are few bounty on Services but they are paying on bitcoin but not this one as it will pay with platinum tokens.
Only bitcoin paying bounty/campaigns belongs to Services.

There are Fake facebook accounts that people use for giveaways.
