They should have just combined the two cool names into one, because I don't know about you but I would definitely invest in an ICO led by someone named Maverick Conscience. He does things his way or the highway! He may be an outsider but we like his gusto.

Here I found some more Team Members™.

Tad Hole, COO

His brother, Gary Hole, CMO

Dude, I am seriously hoping that they missed the opportunity of naming one of their member as "Ash Hole" and I would believe them straight up 100% that they're legit hahahaha.

Jokes aside, it is 100% obvious that the person created this project did not think about the consequences of having to name people with such generic words. In addition to that, the fact that they posted a computer-generated AI photo makes it ipso facto a guaranteed scam on their end.

I agree, though perhaps coldice doesn't have the knowledge or tools to do a deep dive into the fakery that was employed here--I don't know what was going through coldice's mind when he decided to endorse the project, but I'd be willing to give him the benefit of the doubt so long as he knows better next time.  Maybe lovesmayfamilis could share his research methods with him so that he doesn't end up in a situation like this again (assuming, of course, that coldice doesn't know what to look for)?
He has been advertising many scam projects if you check his post history. Most over the threads were deleted/edited on the 21 of Feb 2021 but luckily, there are archives.

coldice seems to have been hacked sometime back and probably changed hands a couple of times. The most notable password change being on 2/19/2021 7:25:14 AM according to bpip - https://bpip.org/Profile?id=389324

Posting style changed after a long break and 2/21/2021. Most of the posts, got edited or deleted. Nobody should trust the current person behind the account.

"Aubert Conscience"?  That sounds like a strange name to me.  The guy looks a typical whitey-white westerner, and I've never heard of someone with that last name--it's like a name that someone in Asia/Eastern Europe would think of when creating a scam like this.  Or maybe I'm over-analyzing it.  I did look into anagrams of Aubert but nothing suspicious popped up.

Good catch, OP.

I am posting for someone else. This has caused my account to be flagged. can I remove this link and will it remove my accusation ?
I think that before you endorse a project in the forum, you should have thoroughly reviewed and checked their website for possible accusations. In addition, you should have also indicated that you were posting this for someone else so you could at least have a reason for it.

I didn't realize There are these accusations until today. I have learnt my lesson. Have removed the scam projects.
What a way to mess up your Hero member account for a couple of bucks.

Don't tell me you didn't know have to make research about projects you are about to advertise until today. There are search buttons and search engines everywhere, how could you miss that?

In this era, even a 10-year-old knows how to search for something using Google. Come on.

ok let me just remove the project first.

You cannot remove easily the trust given by the user here since in the first place you already help scammers to promote their project, maybe next time before you accept the project better research their background, verify if they are real people also try to look if they have resources to make their project successfully launch.

Anyways I don't think the users put a red trust on your account will remove that and better learn your lesson on this incidents.

The same thing again. The first time your account was flagged, you also did not understand what you were doing?
Maybe I will repeat myself, but qwertyup23 explained everything to you in detail.
Moreover, your ANN still exists, you have not deleted it. In the same way, the topic of the first case of your fraud remains.
Are you setting conditions? I’ll answer you,  your tag will remain because it characterizes you as a person who does not care what to advertise.

I think that before you endorse a project in the forum, you should have thoroughly reviewed and checked their website for possible accusations. In addition, you should have also indicated that you were posting this for someone else so you could at least have a reason for it. But, it is your responsibility as the thread manager to check all the errors in the project. Since you were the one who advertised it, you bear all the consequence surrounding the project that you posted here in the forum.

At most, I do think that the negative trusts may be changed to a neutral trust but the flag cannot be deleted. Still, I think you should be held accountable for this wrongdoing.

I don't see what gives away that they are a fake team but I can tell that using an AI detection will definitely yield results and if I can't see it at first glance, pretty sure that people that don't know about AI generated images will probably be fooled by this scammers. Nice catch OP.
