I think that you have missed one gactor which is very important when thinking of what potntial ROI.
And this is the current market cap or ICO raised amount, They raised 22 mil, thus in this case it would be real to get x10 from ico price but not much more ,also they are not uniqye there are many competitiors.

I do not see the future of this project, the trading volumes are very small, there are no top exchanges, only kucoin, and this project is built on neo, it's not very good.

I think that the days where a coin can have a 100X growth in value are over. Indeed, the current marketcap for THEKEY is quite low( 42 Million dollars), but it's hard to believe that this kind of project can have a 4 Billion dollars marketcap. Maybe a 5-10X increase in price would be more realistic.

I see quite a lot of people on telegram shilling this coin, I have yet to check this one out, sounds interesting though and it's quite cheap at the moment. By the way, what makes it different from CIVIC?
