It looks like you have shipped to this guy in the past. Did you ship to a US address? Was the name he asked you to address the package to potentially a Russian name?
I reviewed his post history and it looks like he has made exactly two posts in any local section every, both in the Russian section and both ~2 days ago. Provided you did not ship to a clearly Russian person/name, I would say the account is hacked.
